The building looked like it should be permanently closed. Waited 10 minutes for a car side to go order and after no one came out I went inside to find two employees chatting by the door. I was not greeted. The one and only waitress was eating an ice cream cone at the bar and the bartender greeted me and got my food from the back. I'm sure this place will be out of business soon. Horrible

Awesome food. The Fiesta lime chicken and spinach artichoke dip never disappoints. The service could have been better. Had to go look for someone to wait on us. They were all in the kitchen.

When I complained that my food was cold the waitress responded, "I don't put my fingers in people's food"I'm sure she meant that she couldn't tell it was cold..... but she was insanely rude. For no reason. She didn't smile once the entire service. Will never return when there's plenty of local places with servers who care.

Food is okay service is very slow not enough employees. Alway way too hot inside.
Orderered boneless wings buffalo sauce cold, cut open wings weren’t fully cooked. Remade sauce hit some were fully cooked some Werner took left over wings to go to cook in oven at home. Burger was good, mashed potatoes needed butter. Server didn’t come to check in had to flag down another server to tell about wings. My ole lady had the chicken hers was cooked good. She gave me her shrimp I would of liked some lime to squeeze on it but server didn’t come back till we were done than when it was time to pay it took forever she didn’t come back my ole lady had to find I think the server was sitting down with employees in the back sounded like they was Arguing. When I got home the chicken made me sick. Tried telling the server when it was time to pay she just said the sauce was cold. I cut into the chicken and was not fully cooked through. When I was trying to explain she just walked away.

Our waiter was very nice and checked on us multiple times and the food was good however the woman worker at the Applebee's in Oshkosh at 430 pm on koeller was talking about rude past customers and yelling about things and explaining oh my God for everyone to hear I'm in the corner of the restaurant and can literally hear her like she's standing next to me across the restaurant also talking about other employees "that didn't show up" very loudly

Ordered carside to go, no one brought it out. Had to walk in to get it (after we added a tip on the bill for it) my sandwich was missing half what was supposed to be on it. Poor

This place is absolutely ridiculous I ordered 79.66 worth of food for my family,and went home after Wait 26 min out side for pick up and wouldn't you know nothing was done correctly. i called and talked to a guy that was the manager and he took my information down told me he was crediting my account for $80 and that was ok with me. Well I called tonight and went to order with my credit and now I find out there is a different manager and she took my name and asked me what I wanted then she said oh I'm not going to give you that there's no documentation then proceeds to tell me that they have changed managers four times in the last month she then told me she would give me a $30 credit I said find that whatever so I ordered and all of the food is ice cold sitting in Greece and the green beans are half cooked hard and cold my chicken and bacon was so hard and cold I couldn't cut it if you want good food do not go there

Lovely service from the waitress, who looked about 85 years old and still working hard. However, everything else was terrible. I ordered a medium steak, it arrived 1/3 burnt with broccoli that wa s also slightly burned. My mom ordered ribs, they were chewy with very little meat. Mozzarella sticks were fine. While looking around we noticed the place was absolutely filthy. Grimy chair backs, crayons and dirt ground into the wood tables, torn carpet with spilled food, windowsils covered in crumbs, walls smeared and spattered with stuff.

Service was slow and when we got our food, my husband's meal was cold. Mine was fine. They offered to bring a different entree or to reheat it but because of how long we had waited my husband chose to take his meal to go and reheat it at home. They did deduct the meal from our check.
