The facility and our room was very clean and the staff was super friendly! It was nice that there was breakfast available and we ate onsite and hit the road. Also nice that there is a bar and restaurant on property.
We stayed at this hotel after a Packers game. The location is convenient and hotel was very nice. The front desk staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The restaurant and bar were closed that evening, but she helped us to be comfortable at a table in the lobby/cafe area, where we ate our take-out pizza (West End Pizza across the street is a great place to get pizza!). I used to stay here whenever I flew into Oshkosh, because I enjoyed the convenience of the airplane parking area right behind the hotel. However, the hotel has recently begun charging AirVenture-level prices all year. As of October 2022, small single-engine planes are charged $75/night. The only other airports I've seen with parking fees this high are major class B airports such as SFO, LAX, or JFK. Parking is still free at Basler at the approach end of runway 27.
