“Sam's Place has great food and costs less than any other local bars. It's a great place to go. You have to stop and see The Amazing Norm shoot pool. You won't believe it.”
“My friends have been raving about homecoming for about a year and they showed me why on a Monday for Indian Cuisine Night. Having this restaurant in a school is such a unique idea, marrying the idea of a love of learning to the love of food. And learn we did. We went in knowing that in order to experience the fullness of this menu, ordering everything on it was a must. So from the lentil and carrots to the chai chocolate rose cake, our tastebuds were taken on an adventure across the world and back to home. Everyone working was so kind and welcoming, and even brought us out some dessert for the table. So after raving about the food and trying to fit the last couple bites in, we said goodbye and left leaving happier than when we came. Homecoming is for those who want a space for friendship, culinary genius, and overall a sense of home.”

“Had a great conversation with barista, the espresso was good, my wife had a turmeric latte that she loved. We also bought some great Christmas gifts from the shop up front.”
“Drove by on the way to hike Natural Bridge State Park and decided we would stop the next time we hiked in the area. Glad we did. Leroy and Connie run a great establishment. Burger was fantastic. Beers cold and cheap (compared to where we are from) and atmosphere was great. Will definitely be back!”
“Amazing locally-roasted small batch coffee! Order online to get their single origin beans. We stopped by on the Food and Farm Tour and Matt the owner was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He showed us the whole roasting process in their shop while we enjoyed samples of different coffee varieties. Look for Brewhaha Coffee online or at your local grocery story, it's delicious!”

“Just stopped for a cup of coffee & a place to wait for the vet to finish working on my cat. Many fun, eclectic, artistic, crafty items to purchase. Didn't eat this time, but hear the food is excellent. The coffee was also delicious.”
“I love a good bookstore. And, the only thing better than a good bookstore is a good bookstore that has a good coffee shop. And, this has both. While the bookshop isn't huge, they have a good collection. We did manage to find a few to buy before leaving. And, their prices are reasonable. We really enjoyed the coffee shop. The coffee was good (I had an Americano). They also have a nice selection of pastries, and they have some that are both gluten and dairy free. That was a real plus. If we lived in the area, which we don't (we went up to see Taliesin), I would frequent Arcadia Books.”
“Nice tea shop... and they have pie... 85 different kinds of tea. We had ours iced and it was delicious. The pecan butterscotch pie - oh boy, I could've eaten the entire pie. There's also a neat gift shop/gallery associated with this business. I sorta wanted the Jimi Hendrix Skate Board.”

“This fast food burger explodes with juicy goodness! It crushed my cravings like nothing else could. Don't sleep on the cheese curds - those crispy, gooey bites are the perfect sidekick to this deliciousness.”

“I recently had breakfast at this place, and I'd say it was a good experience. The food was good, not exceptional, but it satisfied my morning cravings. The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was pleasant. Overall, it's a solid choice for breakfast, but don't expect anything extraordinary.”
“Finally stopped in after driving past a lot. Food was really good. Friendly service. Went back for their prime rib on Wednesday night and it was amazing. Wish they had more table seating cause we don't like eating at the bar.”
“Spring Valley Inn is a great place to stay for lovers old & young. Very peaceful place & beautiful places to visit nearby. Breakfast is free, wifi & tv.”
“No longer a restaurant. Now it is the visitor's center for Taliesin, Frank Lloyd Wright's estate in the driftless region of southern Wisconsin. The building still retains the incredible atmosphere of Wright's design, now functioning well as a gift shop and gathering place for visitors to Taliesin. The view overlooking the Wisconsin River is amazing.”

“The young men who waited on us (group of 7) were excellent. Very polite, personable and when I am in the area I will stop againDietary restrictions: I am allergic to tomatoes. They took all precautions to make sure no cross contamination.”

“We are very appreciative of your drive-up service (Wednesday through Sunday afternoons). The food is reasonably priced and is always delicious! I also love their cole slaw - it is made without a lot of mayo the way I like it.”

“We stopped here for dinner after setting up camp at White Mound County Park. I don't think I've ever been in such a clean, neat as a pin bar before. It was exceptionally white glove worthy. Burgers are broiled right in front of you. Good burger - and the bartender sang "Happy Birthday" to me. Cash only. Nice selection of about six beers on tap.”
