He greets you with a hello and a smile, and reads off your order to make sure that everything is correct. Very impressed with his customer service skills and genuine kindness! Kinda wish Big Billy’s was around when I lived here but at the same time I probably would have been here every damn day. Hands down some of the best food in Sheboygan county!
