“What separates the DQ from other fast foods was always the fresh hard rolls. Now you need to order special. If you forget you get a subpar sandwich. I believe it was a mistake making this optional. Go the other way, make it an option to receive the lesser bun, my guess is nobody would downgrade for the little savings.“
