We just drove through to grab some dinner and I just want to point out how happy we were with the young man that took our order. My receipt says his name was Robert. He was extremely courtesy, polite and very nice! Hats off this this young man!
Called for a delivery, said they couldn't deliver to my work address because we were out of town. I said our address is listed within the city limits. They said we only deliver within a 5 mile radius & we can't go on the highway. I said I am 1.7 miles from your building & you have to cross hwy 33 to deliver in town! They still refused to deliver. Train your staff to know their delivery area better!!
