Marguerite, located in Racine, WI, is an incredible restaurant inside the Verdant Hotel. The decor is beautiful, and the service is fast, friendly, and helpful. The food is delicious, with options like Caesar Salad, Gorgonzola and Pancetta Wedge Salad, Focaccia Garlic Bread, Prosciutto and Fig Pizza, and Limoncello Bread Pudding. The salami, hot honey pizza and salmon are recommended dishes. The atmosphere is very nice, reminiscent of NYC. The braised pork and Lemon chix pasta were flavorful, and the cab paired perfectly. The only disappointment was the regular cubed ice in the old fashion cocktail. Overall, Marguerite is a must-visit spot for foodies looking for a nice ambiance, great service, and delicious meals.
