it’s a fine place and the food is always good but it’s so stupid to park a million cars in your parking lot so you can walk everyone’s food to them. sure it makes your drive three look faster but when i’m sitting in the parking lot for 10 extra minutes because the store is busy and i have to wait for an employee to bring my stuff out it’s just stupid. it’s not faster by any means.
While this is one of the most convenient locations in eastern Racine County, the service takes an incredibly long time, with staff who are typically unfriendly and unwelcoming. Inevitably, they always seem to mess at least one thing up on every order.

I went through the drive-through last night a little bit before midnight and the manager refused to take my order. I asked what time they close she said 4 AM but that she had a large Uber order. I told her I would wait and she still refused to take my order. She was very unprofessional. I asked for her Manager‘s name or number she refused. I eat Taco Bell every day. I’m a loyal customer.
