Years of mismanagement and general ineptitude drove this location into near extinction. Few locals would choose this BK given any other ( or in my case, even no other) choice. However, major changes in staffing and management warrant giving them another chance. My experiences over the past 6-12 months have been much more positive. It was a wonderful treat to grab and go.I will eat their food again and I look forward to my next visit. The Ghost pepper fries were nit as hot as I hoped but still made my nose run. Loved them!

Customer service here is some of the best in the fast food industry. They remember our orders and our faces, and they always greet us with smiles and kindness. This group is very willing to make up any errors, and we've definitely become regulars as a result. Thank you!
