Went to Burger King in rice lake tonight with my kids . Drove from new Auburn. Because my family want Burger King for supper so I was treating them because they had been good all week. When we got there we went through drive there to be told . I will be with u in 15 minutes. Then a nother lady came in asked what we wanted and the kids haven’t decided. So she said I’m going to put u on hold . And after 10 minutes of waiting for someone to come back on . I told the kids that we were leaving . I was not the only one to not get helped . I was very disappointed. Very poor customer service.

The food was good. they are friendly but very slow if you're in a hurry. If you want your fast food to actually be fast, go somewhere else.
Beware of the obesity here in rice lake wi we unwrapped one of our whopper junior burgers and there was a plastic sheeting in the burger we told them and they just said sorry lots of dirty tables women's bathroom had no toilet paper and no hand

The red spiderman burger made my tummy not feel yummy. Also I tested the burger and it had 15 different animals in it. I don’t like kurger bingWheelchair accessibility: I got kicked out of my chair
Years of mismanagement and general ineptitude drove this location into near extinction. Few locals would choose this BK given any other ( or in my case, even no other) choice. However, major changes in staffing and management warrant giving them another chance. My experiences over the past 6-12 months have been much more positive. Remember it is still a fast-food hamburger "joint", don't expect Michelin Stars. So if you are want to complain if your butt wasn't sufficiently kissed, save the diatribes and go elsewhere.
