“My granddaughter (an adult) and I ate outside here one evening. Our server, August, was just amazing. We were here over 2 hours and although we had both been to Italy this was one of the best meals we ever had. We had 5 courses and August did not rush us explaining each of our dishes and answering our questions thoroughly. It was simply a delightful experience. We have been singing the praises of this restaurant since we left. You won’t be disappointed and will want to go back just as we would like to return. Rustica salad is unique and you just want to keep eating it and the veal ossobuco oh my. My granddaughter and I agreed that we are sorry we couldn’t try everything and hope to find a way to return. Thank you for such a lovely experience.”

“Absolutely incredible experience! The food was amazing — every single thing we ordered was delicious. But what really made the night unforgettable was the service. Our waitress was hands down the sweetest, most attentive, and genuinely kind person we’ve ever had… and we were shocked to find out she was actually the owner! You can truly tell how much love and care goes into this restaurant. We were just passing through on a trip, but if we lived here we would definitely come here often!”

“The best fresh cocktails in town! We've loved going to Urbane for their pear mojitos and food options, so we took our bridal party there for cocktail hour! The staff is always so professional, and make the best cocktails. Additionally, the bartenders always get creative with mocktails and they exceed expectations each time. The bar was decorated so beautifully for Christmas, it was the perfect stop for our bridal party before our reception. Thank you for having us!”

“This is the best Indian Restuarant in Sheboygan. There are two locations, one downtown and one on the far southside. Both are very nice venues. We think the one on the southside has slightly better food, most likely due to different chefs, but both are very good. It is nice to have beer, wine or cocktails available at both restaurants, unlike the ones associated with gas stations. Take out is available at the Spice's restaurants and there is a steady flow of customers picking up their food. One can order food 1 to 5 on level of spiciness. We especially like the Samosas, the Chicken Tikka Massala and Tandoori Chicken.”

Once we got there we quickly realized we didn't give ourselves enough time to thoroughly enjoy the atmosphere and eat at leasure, which is what Bomallies does best,try,eat ,try something new again. We meantioned to our server, the amazing Holly, our time restraints, she then helped us though the menu on what we could get in time, while still enjoying ourselves. Not only did we have an amazing meal and delicious crafted drinks but we checked out and got to our show (in Kohler) with minutes to spare. THIS MY FRIEND, it what sets BoMallies aside. Not only have I never had a bad meal, I have always had the customer service that made me walk away loving my time with them and ALWAYS leaving with a strawberry shortcake to go. No matter how full I am. You won't be disapointed .”

“The Thirsty Seagull checks all the boxes and then some. The cleanliness of this place puts competitors to shame not to mention the owner and staff, far supercede those of surrounding bars. As a customer...it is nice to be appreciated and treated well. I will certainly support this fine establishment as I watch it get better and better everyday. Its a wonder that other bars have any business. Do yourself a solid and join this wonderful family!”

“First time we went to Champs i ordered the Hole In One (chicken cordon bleu on texas toast) and I was hooked. Everytime we went back i ordered the same thing and it was great every time. Last night I decided to try something new. I got the boneless wings with the dill pickle rub. AMAZING!! I think i found a new favorite. Our young lady that served us was exceptional. I have to say, we have NEVER had bad food or service there. Keep up the great work Champs!!”

“My husband and I ate at our Olive Garden for the first time on July 11 2024. Our food was delicious and there was plenty of it. Our server was Jonathan. He was very friendly and helpful. “I am a picky eater and picky with my drinks as I'm AuDHD and when my husband and I find a restaurant that makes a drink I really like, we always ask if we can get a gallon to go. Our waitress Adriana D. And the manager Mikayla worked a way for us to purchase a gal of strawberry lemonade to go, they were amazing above and beyond. The steaks were melt your mouth delicious. I loved the dimmer lighting for more relaxing meal, music wasn't so loud and in your face but enough to almost feel romantic. Definitely recommend, one of my husbands and mine date night places!”

“Got the special - Pad Thai - with chicken. My Grandma got the same thing with beef. We both were licking our plates clean. Delicious and fresh. Steaming hot plates. For a Monday evening, the place had plenty of customers. Our server took great care of us and checked on us plenty of times. Would happily come again!”

“I love this place. The owner are super polite and friendly The beverage menu is so extensive it will take me months to try all their drinks. The prices are reasonable plus the serving cups they use are top quality. The cups even have a straw cover attached to keep your drink clean from bugs etc. The store front is spotless, plus a nice seating area if you want to meet with friends. There are games and activities for small children so brings those little ones along. Definitely a must do for a wonderful meeting this Summer to beat the heat. You will not be disappointed. Plus they do offer Door Dash.”

Modest selection of food but everything is delicious (jalapeño cheese stuffed pretzels and pickle fries are dynamite). The owners are incredibly knowledgeable and very welcoming. “The food is very good, but service is hit or miss. Unfortunately my last trip has soured mine and my bf’s experience and pushed us to Jersey Mike’s instead. There is a younger crowd that works there that is great, but if the older gentleman is at the counter I won’t even come in. On my last trip in, he was rude and didn’t seem like he wanted us in there. Rushing us, rudely making verbal corrections to how I was ordering…when it came time to pay the chip in my card wouldn’t work for some reason..(never had that issue before or since….) he had to enter the card number by hand, and….*in the middle of a busy restaurant!!!* he read out the full card number & expiration date. He was about to say the security code but luckily someone else working stopped him & said it wasn’t needed. Luckily I don’t think anyone was paying enough attention…but not cool either way.”

“This is a great tavern. I am visiting from Texas and ate there with friends on Friday, August 28, 2026. The decor is very upper Midwest, clean, and inviting. My grilled ham sandwich on a hard roll was outstanding, and the tap beer was ice cold. Both owners were there serving, cooking and dealing with customers; very friendly folks. If you are a visitor or a local, this place is really worth your time.”

“First time visiting and will return. Had a decent crowd for a Wednesday night nearing last call. That place on 8th has great music, friendly patrons, and pretty ladies bartending greeted us with smiles and served drinks quickly!”

“Five stars for the restaurant at Whistling Straits, where the whiskey bar appears to have been assembled by people who looked at the concept of “enough” and decided it was a coward’s word. There is not much this place is lacking in the whiskey department. You could wander in looking for one good pour and emerge several hours later with a philosophical problem and a strong opinion about Kentucky.

And then there are the fish & chips, which arrived looking innocent enough and proceeded to completely destroy any argument against eating fried food beside a magnificent golf course. Superb fish, righteous crunch, proper chips, and the kind of meal that makes you briefly consider abandoning civilization and living permanently within walking distance of the kitchen.

A dangerous combination: excellent whiskey, superb fish & chips, and a golf course outside that looks like it was designed by a committee of beautiful lunatics. Five stars, no complaints, and a firm recommendation to arrive hungry and leave your better judgment somewhere in the parking lot.”

The atmosphere and the people were friendly and the epitome of the old fashioned corner bar. The food was bar food on a new level and incredibly reasonably priced. For two sandwiches, an appetizer basket and three Crown Royal drinks, it was just $41-an incredible deal! You can’t go wrong with J&J’s! Highly recommended!”

Very good ingredients, very flavorful, good vegetarian and vegan options, the staff was friendly, and it was significantly cheaper than other lunch options in the area. The food is the fresh handmade quality you'd expect from a $25 per plate place, but we fed three for less than $40. Would highly recommend even if you're somehow not interested in the art.”

“Great food! They were only open for a few months when I went. The food took awhile to be served but probably because everything was prepared fresh. The atmosphere was a bit awkward because it’s next to a gas station so you had to go to the gas station to use the bathroom. It was also super hot when we went since they didn’t have ac.
Also, there was very limited parking so we parked on the street and walked.”

“Pros; Great food! Absolutely LOVE their burgers and fries! They also always have a friendly staff and customer service in person is always great. Dining room area is always clean.

Cons; Their app is terrible. It’s klunky, and order times are only every 15 minutes. I ordered 10:36am, it only allowed me to order for 11:00am at the earliest. Came to the store at 10:50 and they hadn’t received my order. I would expect to be able to place my order at home, make the 10 minute drive to the store and my food to be ready when I arrive. That is not the case. Not to the fault of the people working here, the ordering system on the app is just poor. I would have been better off placing my order in the drive thru. They advertise that you should “skip the line and order online”, but it’s definitely less efficient.

Don’t mess with the app, ordering a head doesn’t make it any quicker. Come to the store itself, ordering in the drive thru and you’ll have a much better experience.”

However, both lunch dishes (shrimp lo mein and egg fu young) were greasy, and without flavor except for an odd (maybe old) cooking oil taste. Plus, there was a plastic shard in my crab rangoon. This was a favorite place for takeout, food was always flavorful, tasted fresh, and delivery service was terrific. It's still warm and barely touched, if I felt better, I would drive it back. :(”
