Drive thru made rude comments about my order when she left the drive-thru microphone on as I started to drive to the window. This specific rude woman always works the drive thru and is always rude! So unprofessional and I will never go back there (such a shame that this is the one thatis closest to my house). She does not deserve a job here.

Look no one wants to work on Christmas we can all understand that. But the absolute lack of quality from today's crew was appalling. Asked for well done fries cause saugy fries are disgusting and they hand me old fries that I had to wait for. Had them remake them cause I said well done not saugy and they hand me a Carter of fries pulled right after the buzzer again half the fries still saugy at least they weren't stale this time right? And they deserve over 15 an hour what a joke
