While traveling, my wife and I were looking for a nice local place to eat breakfast. Located at the end of a strip mall and marked by a simple sign, Franny's Family Restaurant isn't a lot to look at from the outside. I'm happy to report, however, that there is a lot more than meets the eye. The inside had a relaxed and positive vibe, and we could immediately see that the restaurant was filled with happy regulars. Our server was friendly and prompt, and the portions were big and delicious. Our experience was fantastic, and if we are ever driving this way again, we will be back!

I had French toast and bacon. I can't chew bacon unless it's cooked a certain way that almost no restaurant can or will cook it. The bacon here was perfect. So was the French toast. My old man had the biscuits and gravy. He said it was fantastic and delicious. The service was amazing. Wonderful, friendly waitress. She was all smiles and did a wonderful job, both in getting our orders and in keeping my old man's coffee topped up. She did well enough that my old man tipped $10 on a $30 check. We were both very impressed, very happy and very full when we left from eating at Franny's. It's definitely one place I'll be happy to visit again. The prices for the amount and quality of food were fantastic too. It's been a bit since I've seen such low prices for such amazing food.

We had a good time at the restaurant and enjoyed the service and food. The dishes were really filling and tasty. While I thought the gyro was just okay and not the absolute best I've ever had, it was still enjoyable. The all-you-can-eat deep-fried cod with lemon on the side was amazing! However, the sauce that came with the cod wasn't as good.One thing that puzzled us was that even though we ordered all-you-can-eat cod, we had to request more when we finished our plate. It would have been better if the waiter had checked in with us to see if we wanted more. Additionally, when they brought the new batch of fried cod, they did not bring the lemon, which was a bit disappointing because the lemon really enhances the cod's flavor.Would definitely come back here again, to check out their breakfast!
