Usually love this place. Tonight was not great. Ordered a burrito bowl with shrimp, and I literally got one singular shrimp in my bowl. If I wanted a veggie bowl, I would have ordered that. Disappointed.
I love Qdoba and know this place struggles with staffing, so I’m often quite patient and understanding. But today, I looked at my receipt after going through the drive thru. I was already at my destination and entering points in the app. I saw I got charged for two bowls, when I only ordered and received one. This is not okay, and whether mistake or intentional should not have happened. I don’t know how to prove this, so I’m left quite disappointed.
