Never had a problem with the food or service but can you please turn down the volume of that automated message at the drive thru? It scares me every time. I live 2 blocks away and I can hear it even with my windows closed. All summer I hear “hi welcome to McDonald’s, will you be using the mobile app today” I can’t take it
Just went through McDonald's and the fries were cold so I asked to get fresh one they told me to move up to waitso they brought food out and when I got home they were the same fries they just threw them in the microwave. I am at McDonald's at least once a week or more for my boy and never has it been this bad. So disappointed.

On this visit I decided to have a Big Mac for a change. I'm so glad I did because it brought me back to when I was a kid. I usually get the quarter pounder or nuggets. I still say McDonald's has the best tasting fries but they need to be hot.Kid-friendliness: My kids love the happy meals.
