This McDonald's is always dirty. The employees stand around or are on their phones when they aren't filling orders. The tables, floors, chairs, soda and play area are filthy. When I was a kid McDonald's used to keep everything clean. I've never seen anyone clean up. I guess that's why people go to Culver's.

On this visit I decided to have a Big Mac for a change. I'm so glad I did because it brought me back to when I was a kid. I usually get the quarter pounder or nuggets. I still say McDonald's has the best tasting fries but they need to be hot.Kid-friendliness: My kids love the happy meals.

Water wasn’t on today? Went to McDonald’s with a client, he used the bathroom and went to wash his hands, no water! Went to use one of the 4 sanitizer stations all empty. When I talked to employees they said the water wasn’t working right now and sorry about the sanitizer but never filled them. Ew !! Shouldn’t a place close with no water ?? Safe to say employees there do not wash their hands or even sanitize
The self-service kiosks are very slow. But the service was excellent.Dietary restrictions: I am diabetic and gluten intolerant. Additional options would be great.

I went to use the pop dispenser and it sprayed all over my arm. When I mentioned this to the staff. No one seemed to be concerned. There was no sign on the pop machine saying it was out of order. Although they knew that.

Attempted to order an Arctic Orange shake from digital menu, worker was very hostile in telling me they didn't have it and ignored me when voicing concerns about unavailable items being available on the in store digital menu. Also would not give me my receipt.
