I hate coming here.....I always give it a try though when I'm sick of everything else fast food....never again will I order food from there. Not only do most of their employees have the worst attitudes I've ever seen in customer service but revenge sandwiches aren't my thing. I wanted a chicken sandwich light mayo simple as that. When there was a miscommunication and we tried to talk to her after she handed us our food she quick slammed the window shut....so I go in ask for a new sandwich with only light mayo.....I opened it when I got outside....there was more mayo than chicken. It was disgusting to even look at. I get having a rough day but come on if you're going to act like a bunch of toddlers all day every day and throw a hissy fit when you mess up don't be in customer service. Also if your a cook maybe have the decency to simply make an edible sandwich. Top bun chicken mayo bottom bun. Maybe they need some training or a new job I'm not sure but they suck at this one.

Standard lunch with a standard wait time. My son and I each had a buffalo chicken sandwich. His had so much buffalo sauce it was spilling out the wrapper and it was hard to eat. Mine was normal. Whoever is making the food needs to be more constant.

Friendly staff. Clean restaurant. Pretty good food. Connected to a gas station.
Zero sense of urgency when multiple customers are waiting for orders. The two males were working at a slow pace, while the two females were sitting down talking.

Stood at counter while Manager, Brianna, talked to two other people. She ignored us. We asked if we should go through the drive through? The nice young man from the drive through finally walked over and took our order for 3 shakes to go. He started making them and then got back to drive through orders. The manager continued talking with the two other people. Finally Brianna asked the young man if he still needed the shakes, to which he stated yes. She put them in the glasses, lidded them, put the whipped cream on, no chocolate sauce. She continued talking to the two people the whole time. She then set them on the counter. Didn’t say a thing to us, didn’t give us straws, or a receipt. Not even a thank you. She then kept talking to the two people. We took the shakes and left. She shouldn’t be a manager as she didn’t appear to be a team player and certainly has NO customer service skills! The young man working the drive through should be the manager!
My go to quick eats on a Friday spot. Gotta have my beef and cheddar!!

The Sturgeon Bay Arby's is poorly managed or maybe they have no manager, since the front door is often locked during posted business hours. As a hungry consumer, look elsewhere so you don't waste your time trying to buy lunch.

Grabbed a quick bite - the service was horrible. The guy at the window was extremely crabby. We asked to add on extra sauce, and he was snippy saying "I already put some in the bag." He handed my husband our bags and started to close the window before we even got our drink. We let him know we were missing it and you could tell he was annoyed. We ordered Dr. Pepper and we saw the soda come out clear. Carbonated water anyone? My husband had to walk in, dump it out, and refill with something else. That wasn't any better, either. They need to refill their soda lines. The fries were also burned and hard as a rock. We ended up just eating the sandwiches. The food was not worth what we paid. This was our first time at this location...not a great impression.
