Stood at counter while Manager, Brianna, talked to two other people. She ignored us. We asked if we should go through the drive through? The nice young man from the drive through finally walked over and took our order for 3 shakes to go. He started making them and then got back to drive through orders. The Sturgeon Bay Arby's is poorly managed or maybe they have no manager, since the front door is often locked during posted business hours. As a hungry consumer, look elsewhere so you don't waste your time trying to buy lunch.

Standard lunch with a standard wait time. My son and I each had a buffalo chicken sandwich. His had so much buffalo sauce it was spilling out the wrapper and it was hard to eat. Mine was normal. Whoever is making the food needs to be more constant.
