Visited for a rare family treat out and it turned into a stressful experience highlighted by rude staff. At the speaker we ordered two orders of BOGO Blizzards. For our toddler, we just wanted to do a scoop of vanilla ice cream and some cookies. We were informed by the woman working drive thru that it had to be a Blizzard for the deal, which was fine, but that they couldn't do vanilla ice cream and cookies that way so we ordered something else for the deal. She gave us the total and we drove up to the window. A guy opens the window and sticks his hand out for our payment and tells us a different total, which was nearly double. We thought he had the wrong order so we said it was supposed to be the BOGO deal, as advertised. He gave us such an issue about it and insisted we download the DQ app, which wouldn't load due to not having reception. The girl who took our order never once mentioned an app or we would have prepared. A line was forming behind us and he was visibly getting annoyed. We ended up paying double for the order because he wouldn't honor the total the girl had given us and just to not inconvenience the people behind us, we reluctantly paid. We had to ask twice for a receipt which the guy acted like it was a huge inconvenience. We got our ice cream and left. Turns out our order wasn't even correct but it wasn't worth turning around to ask for it to be fixed. We don't get ice cream from DQ often, and had only been to this location once before, so we were very disappointed in the service to say the least.

The ice cream was so cold and frozen that my spoon couldn't get through it and it severely hurt my teeth. The service was HORRIBLE, I waited 10 minutes for the person to notice someone was at the ordering machine and the food took forever to be made. This place has a decent atmosphere, it has benches, outdoor tables, and a gazebo to eat in as well. Although, the place is right of a really busy road so it is very noisy. ALTHOUGH THE FOOD IS NOT EXPENSIVE.

Stopped in today for a blizzard. We tried the Reeses peanut butter pie blizzard. Probably the best one I’ve ever had!!! I hope it’s not discontinued!

I usually do not write reviews, but I have to on this specific worker at this Dairy Queen. her name is lisa & she was by far the rudest , short tempered individual I have ever met . She honestly doesn’t deserve to work there & probably should find something else to do. I went thru the drive thru to get my order & i noticed a hair in my blizzard & went to get a new one , she had a complete b!ch attitude about the whole thing & when i told her its not my hair & that I would like a new one , she finally took it & its like she gave me the same blizzard back & just added more ice cream & mixed it up coz when I went to take a bite after eating almost half of it … The hair was still in there. I puked . Worst worker ever!!!!

If I could leave a negative star I would, ordered a cookie dough blizzard, got a butterfingers, being allergic to peanut butter was not happy. The staff was goofing around which you could hear when we ordered and saw that at the window. When we went back to get the right one again the girl couldn’t seem to get it correct, at that point wanted my money back they the manager was very rude about. Even called to explained why I was upset about the mix up and was told that she was a trainee that didn’t know where things were, I’m sure things are labeled and if there was not the fooling around and the manager actually managed here employees , this would not have happened!! Be careful to go to this Dairy Queen. Pick another ice cream place that has mature staff

Waited in line for quite a while at the drive thru. Once we got up to the speaker to order. Then it said we had to order at the window. Once at the window the guy said he was the only one there and said he would only give us a Dilly Bar or peanut buster bar. He wasn't going to make anything. We had wanted two small sundaes. So we left with nothing.

Waited in the drive-thru for 15 minutes. Get up to the window and the man working yells at my brother because he can’t hear him. Then informs us that the kitchen is closed- nothing on the sign said this and it is 5pm so we wouldn’t guess the kitchen would be closed. My brother tried ordering again and the man yelled at him again. Poor attitude and poor customer service! We will go to Culver’s instead from now on.

Inconsistentcy in how things are made.. I order the same thing everytime I go there and I'm there alot and it's NEVER the same... The man with all the hair and no hair net is the rudest.. the time spent waiting in line just to have a runny melted mess ..

Good news, they have a non-dairy dilly bar. Tasted just like ice milk covered in chocolate

Pretty small and limited on food options, it very much leans on their blizzards and sundaes, which are really good to be fair!

Had a banana split and it was mostly pineapple juice. Horrible. I threw it away.

Had a bogo birthday blizzard and ordered on the app to use it. The transaction was smooth and fast and the staff were friendly. The large blizzards were surprisingly mixed all the way to the bottom! We are used to 1/4 cup of plain white ice cream at the bottom of our blizzards. None of that here! I had the Oreo Hot Cocoa blizzard and it was rich, full of oreo and amazing!

Ordered a blizzard cake for my Dad’s birthday, and requested as much chocolate as possible. Boy, did they deliver! Delicious, everything was chocolate, and my Dad loved it!
