I was visiting Sturgeon Bay this past weekend and the window attendant was Gillian and I have to be honest she went above and beyond to make sure my experience was outstanding. My blizzard was over filled and was dripping down the sides. She cleaned it up for me, gave me a different spoon, apologized for something she didn't do and that just shows she cares about the customer experience.
I grew up with DQ you find them all over , but this one is very skimpy on the original favorites like peanut buster parfaits and blizzards everytime I go ! sometimes only one layer in the parfait , others banansplit blizzard barely has 2 slices of banana and maybe one strawberry. so disappointing I have given the benefit of the doubt and same thing every time!Please make them correctly so you get what you pay for!!

Had a bogo birthday blizzard and ordered on the app to use it. The transaction was smooth and fast and the staff were friendly. The large blizzards were surprisingly mixed all the way to the bottom! We are used to 1/4 cup of plain white ice cream at the bottom of our blizzards. None of that here! I had the Oreo Hot Cocoa blizzard and it was rich, full of oreo and amazing!
