“The food is fantastic and the price is even better. I was quite surprised by the low prices, to be perfectly clear.When ordering, we forgot to mention that a couple of the meals had to be gluten-free. We ended up swapping meals to make it work. I had ordered a build your own burger, but traded for the boneless breaded wings.The burgers looked amazing. While I didn't end up having one, I did have the buns...which were nicely toasted with buttery goodness.The wings were outstanding, tender and juicy, while not overly breaded. They offer a multitude of sauces. Teriyaki, BBQ, and DOA were all good. DOA was untamable, leaving my mouth blazing even after the Murphy's Irish Stout.Service was slower than desired, but it was fairly busy. If you want something, it seems you have to ask. This isn't a complaint, but rather an observation of what is likely the norm here. Also, the bartender was periodically playing darts, but was quick to get back behind the bar to take an order.“

“Went here on the recommendation of a coworker. Had the fish fry, which was good. Everyone enjoyed themselves. It was clean, well kept. The service was fast, even though the place was packed. Very casual dining environment is the only thing I'd say to be aware of if you haven't been here before, not fancy, but good food and comfortable.“
“Don't let the front of the place fool you! This is a pretty nice bar! A little "old" looking on the inside, but what can you expect from a building that has been there since at least the Carter administration. The bar and food area was clean and the atmosphere was cool in an old school lounge kind of way.I visited Rumors on the Sunday before Labor Day with some friends on a whim. Good choice! The bar has a nice selection of the usual spirits and mixers. I can't speak to their beer selection as I wasn't drinking beer that night. The bartender was attentive and friendly. She suggested some drinks that ended up being pretty good. There was karaoke the night we were there (I think they do this every Sunday) and we ended up signing a couple songs as a group. There are some gambling machines, a punch card dispenser, and some dart boards. It looks like they have a pool table that might be set up when there isn't karaoke, but it was moved out of the way the night I was there. The food we ordered was what I would consider above average for a bar like this. Good enough that I'd even consider coming here just for the food.“
“I ordered the pesto chicken sandwich. It was very good although it was not able to be eaten as a sandwich, it was more like meal that would be served on pasta vs a bun. The fries seemed like they were double fried, they were standard with the meal, would try other options next time. Had 2 Red ales that were good as well.“
“What a cool hidden place in Kenosha. I was recommended here for their fish fry and it did not disappoint. The back patio was open and it cause a bit of a rush. Although the bartenders and servers were busy, they kept a smile on their face and were extremely nice, personable, and funny! We will definitely be coming back.“

They were busy when we came in, but it seemed like most everyone else already had their food, so I didn't expect to have to wait as long as we did; however, everything was cooked properly (fish frys and flat fries) and came out hot.My husband appreciates the beer and liquor selection, and most items are listed with prices conveniently on their screens at the end of the bar.I like the atmosphere here better than most bars. “Seen from the freeway, but just enough off the beaten bath of highway 50, Rivals is a great spot to stop in for beer and a bite. The interior is pretty with lots of natural wood, a unique and stylish long bar, warm lighting and a variety of seating options. The multiple sets of rowed tappers on the ceiling make for fun and creative decor, so don't forget to look up!Rivals has a nice menu, full bar and a great selection of beers. I had the Downeast Blackberry Cider, at the recommendation of the owner who just happened to be sitting at the bar with us, and it was INCREDIBLE! If you are a fan of ciders, it's a must try. The subtle tartness was smooth, refreshing and delicious. For dinner, my husband ordered the Philly Cheesesteak and I opted for the Grilled Chicken Wings with Stingin' Honey Garlic Sauce. The bun on the Cheesesteak was soft but not soggy, the sliced beef was tender and pulled apart nicely, and the onions and green peppers were in perfect balance, adding a nice but not overwhelming flavor to the sandwich. My chicken wings were fantastic, and while the sauce was absolutely delicious I did not find it particularly "stingin." Which makes it perfect for those who want only a little kick.One of the girls working the bar was a little slow, but she was friendly and treated us well. It was great to talk to the owner and get his take on menu items, beer selections and general information about the restaurant. The only "issue" I had was the women's bathroom. Although clean, one of the two stalls is incredibly small. Even being petite, I found myself feeling quite confined once I shut the door.Rivals was described to me as a place for attorneys (because it's only 15 minutes from the courthouse) and townies, with great wings and very good food. Very true. While there are plenty of options in Kenosha, especially along the main strip, this place is worth a try. Again and again.“

“This was my first time back since my husband died, and I am confined to an electric wheelchair. I was pleased to find the staff so nice and so quick to help with my requests for assistance with the buffet. The food was even more amazing than I remembered. Especially good was the seafood salad from the salad bar! Well worth the price!Wheelchair accessibility: There was no ramp to the buffet. However, the staff were quick to assist with whatever choices I made from my chair while looking over the side railing, as well as from the table.“

“10/10! My maintenance staff mention this place yesterday. We looked it up & decided to give it a try for lunch today! We got fish fry & burgers- everything was excellent!! I walked in & it was packed but my food was hot, fresh, and ready to go. The gentlemen behind the bar was very friendly! We will be back in the future.“
“I had the fish Fry n let Mr tell you its off the hook! I had the cod and it was so deliciously light and crispy. And they have other food options that are just as delicious. Such as their flavorful wings,burgers and not to mention their ice cold beers served with a smile. I highly recomend anyone to check them out.“
