I had never visited a Sonic before, we don't have one anywhere near us, but we see the commercials all the time so we decided to give it a try when we visited Madison. The customer service was awful, staff members were not helpful, and seemed as though they didn't even want to take our order. There was no friendliness, at all. Employee has his hotspot set as big black @&#*. Not family appropriate at all. Employee Lashay was very stand off ish and rude. Sonic hot dogs are a one hot dog not two in a bun. Cheese was hardened which indicates it’s old or not the actual cheese sonic normally uses. Hot dog buns were straight up soggy. Friendly service but VERY slow! Forgot the ranch sauce for my chicken tenders, fries were stone cold, and my "grilled cheese" was borderline burnt with a miniscule half-slice of cheese. Very disappointed and won't be visiting a Sonic again in the near future if ever. Waste of money.
