It's a drive in like from the 50s nostalgic for me because there was one of my hometown when I was a kid in caruthersville Missouri once when family visited from Chicago our order was so large with just sandwiches and fries that the restaurant gave us free small beverages so it was very nice to experience it again the hamburger was very good and I will drive there again

Much like other reviews have stated, the ordering process was painful. The wait wasn’t too bad but definitely not great for fast food. All the food we got tasted microwaved. You could easily make this all yourself from food at Walmart. I will say the staff members were friendly despite the communication issues and almost letting us leave without one of our drinks. The slushes and ice cream are the only things I would buy again here.

The staff are rude and impatient with customers. The outdoor scanners for paying with a card did not work. Not enough staff for helping customers! Food okay for the price.Parking: Easy to park, but outdoor payment options are none!

Went through the drive-thru and was asked: Are you in the drive through? They said they were out of slush which was the reason I came. The shakes we got were good, but the service was not.

Tried to place an order, girl taking our order was extremely rude and unprofessional, we asked to speak to a manager and she said she was one. That's extremely unfortunate, not only was she snobby and snarky, she was raising her voice at us when we were simply ordering. I asked for district manager or general managers number and she stopped talking to us altogether. This was on Sunday, April 7th 2024 around 2pm. I'd like to have this addressed because it is extremely unprofessional for an hourly employee to act that way towards customers who are simply ordering.

Waited entirely too long in the drive thru line but once I got to the speaker it made sense why. I waited several minutes before even being acknowledged. I spoke loudly and clearly, ordered my items with reasonable time to ring them in between, and still was asked to repeat myself at least four or five times, I asked for: a double cheeseburger, a small mozzarella sticks, and a blue coconut flavor slush with nerds.They rang in: the wrong burger, a medium mozzarella sticks almost 2x the price, and a slush without nerdsSo I asked them to correct these things and the mozz sticks were still medium and I was on my lunch break from work and I didnt have time for them to keep making me repeat myself, so I just said that was all. When I got to the window the lady working it didn’t say a single word to me the entire transaction.Not a very large or complex order. One entree, one drink, one side. Thankfully the food was alright, only complaint there was way too much mustard on the burger. I used to work in fast food so usually I have sympathy for a mishap here or there, things get busy, things get missed, but that many issues in one visit plus the fact that the majority of the other reviews here are horrendous can only indicate one thing, this place either needs serious retraining, or restaffing. This is a chain that has been open for a very long time, I guarantee the POS systems are pretty modern and straightforward. The job isn’t hard, the staff just doesn’t care even a tiny bit. Ive had better service at a damn wendys. Do better sonic, used to be one of my fav places to get fast food

My husband and I stopped here for lunch as we are not from the area and by us there is no sonic.It was awful. When we were placing our order the young lady at the counter had a very poor attitude. My husband had asked her to only do cheese lettuce and bacon on his burger. The wait wasn’t awful but when we received our food it wasn’t good. His burger had everything on it, had one piece of bacon on it and my Philly seemed like it was microwaved. I had ordered jalopeno poppers and those were fine however, the ranch that came with them was cracked open. We also asked for ketchup with our order and never received it. Not a big deal really we can ask again. But when we ask again I don’t appreciate the attitude.The restroom was disgusting. Had stuff all over the floor. The dinning room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. I’m a mama so I immediately look at high chairs to see if they clean them or not at every restaurant we go to. The high chairs were DISGUSTING.Overall we were highly disappointed. I understand being short staffed. But to keep business coming in you have to have better manners.

This is the 3rd or 4th time we have come to this sonic. They will either tells us to wait in the drive threw line or not respond. We waited 30 minutes this time in line. We then called the store because no one was answering. The worker said sorry I didn’t know you were waiting even after he told us to wait a moment. Even when taking our order they were extremely slow and it took a very long time to get our food. I would highly not recommend coming to this sonic . Worst service for a fast food restaurant I have ever seen. If you have an hour to get food I would just recommend going to a sit down restaurant.

This place is absolutely disgusting! The lobby is always dirty trash cans full ! You can hear there co2 alarm going off constantly! There bathrooms are gross ! They make food with no gloves on !!! And it’s always a bunch of kids at nite running the stores and the wait times are just ridiculous no one should have to wait 20 for there food ! Very disgusted by this place and will never eat there agian !

Friendly service but VERY slow! Forgot the ranch sauce for my chicken tenders, fries were stone cold, and my "grilled cheese" was borderline burnt with a miniscule half-slice of cheese. Very disappointed and won't be visiting a Sonic again in the near future if ever. Waste of money.
