I ordered a commercial coffee machine from Arco Coffee’s website for around $1,500 on January 8. When the machine had not been delivered by January 15 when I travelled overseas, nor had I received any information about the order, I instructed my administrative assistant to check into the matter while I was gone. After several calls and emails, she finally reached someone around January 25. They told her they did not have the machine and would look into getting it for us. After at least another week of no response, we began reaching out to get a refund. I was told that a refund request would be submitted but that a refund couldn’t be issued at that time. It’s now been well over 1 month since we’ve ordered a machine that was promptly needed and we’ve been given very little communication regarding our order and very little effort has been made to bring about a just solution.

I ordered (2) Fetco airpots, there was a few issues with pricing and lengthy ship time. After placing a call in to sort out, I got an unexpected call back from the owner of ARCO. He was so polite, down to earth and willing to accommodate. He got to bottom of issue, clarified things for me and got my airpots shipped.

Placed a very small order for my most beloved Red Coffee Scoop. In all honesty, this is one very treasured little Coffee Scoop! I had one for decades and it finally broke. I was devastated. Hard to explain why I like it so much, but I do! I found it was readily available with Arco Coffee Company and I was elated. I ordered multiples so I wouldn't have to be without it again. Tia in Customer Service is amazing and just a delight to speak with. I find that she has a spectacular personality! We should all be so fortunate to have a world full of ladies like Tia to talk to in Customer Service. Tracking on my order wasn't updating and I made multiple calls and Gabe assured me the order shipped. I still wasn't convinced. He was great to deal with as well and was kind and professional. I appreciate the excellent service I was provided with and will continue to shop on their Website! Many Thanks from a very happy customer!
