Placed a very small order for my most beloved Red Coffee Scoop. In all honesty, this is one very treasured little Coffee Scoop! I had one for decades and it finally broke. I was devastated. I ordered (2) Fetco airpots, there was a few issues with pricing and lengthy ship time. After placing a call in to sort out, I got an unexpected call back from the owner of ARCO. He was so polite, down to earth and willing to accommodate. He got to bottom of issue, clarified things for me and got my airpots shipped.
