Everything about my visit was bad. I called in my order even tho the crazy puffs were suppose to be hot n ready but they never are. I waited 30 mins in store for a crazy puff that takes 10 mins to cook after calling it in is ridiculous. Only for them not to be done. A whole staff of people who don’t know what there doing. I witnessed an employee make there food while there were 5 ppl in the lobby waiting for there food. . I will never come to this little Caesar again. I was late and hungry for my plans tonight.

They never answer phone calls. Even have gone in asking why and the workers just say “I’m not dealing with that”. Then when you try and order online, half the time they disable it so you can’t. Needs a new manager or something.

About 2 years ago I would have had to be pretty desperate to attempt to order something here but after that they somehow did a huge 180 and are on top of everything. Fast polite and nearly flawless. I assume it's new personnel that are to credit for it and I hope that the management is aware of that also.

I should just not plan on scheduling anything around their timeframe. Seems whenever I order, it's 30-40 min after the scheduled time before I get my stale food. Used to be spot on, but not anymore.

Alot of people there for closing but they are only open till 8 on the weekend.i am pretty sure that they would make alot of money if they were open till

i ordered a classic sausage pizza. i paid for my order and the cashier told me it'd be ready in ten minutes. i come back ten minutes later and wait at the counter. an employee (whom i don't recognize) comes out with a pie and asks "ed?" "nope". i get the managers attention and tell them i ordered a classic sausage. after looking around for a second he walks to the back and asks an employee if he can make a classic sausage. i walked out and came back fifteen minutes later to finally receive my order. now i have no complaints about the quality of the food (little ceasars always slaps) but good lord the service could use some help.

Ordered in advance for a 6:45 pickup and have sat in the parking lot for a half hour still without pizza. Employees have been rude when I’ve gone in asking for an updated time.

Ordered online hour in advance for a 6pm pickup. I was on time but had to wait 30 minutes!! What is the sense of a portal and ordering ahead if you still need to wait 30 minutes??? And typically it only takes less then 15 minutes to bake ugh....but was asked if I want a refund um no I'm here now!!!

Got to the store at 6:10 and ordered my food, 2 pizzas. Ended up waiting 45 minutes for my food when 2 other people came in much later than I did, and ordered the same amount of not more food than me and got their food within 10 minutes. Incredibly

They never have hot and ready to go sometimes they say they are out of dough !! They have about 6 employees mainly goofing off in the back expect a wait if you are stopping!!

Closed more then open You don’t know if there going to be open or closed I just order from west Duluth now don’t even look to see if there open because there not I consider my self a good customer for this business and it’s just sad this place is so poorly ran ..

Closed more often than open. If you plan on eating their cheap pizza I suggest calling them first to make sure someone is actually there. When workers are actually there, they do alright.
