i ordered a classic sausage pizza. i paid for my order and the cashier told me it'd be ready in ten minutes. i come back ten minutes later and wait at the counter. an employee (whom i don't recognize) comes out with a pie and asks "ed?" Ordered online hour in advance for a 6pm pickup. I was on time but had to wait 30 minutes!! What is the sense of a portal and ordering ahead if you still need to wait 30 minutes??? And typically it only takes less then 15 minutes to bake ugh....but was asked if I want a refund um no I'm here now!!!

About 2 years ago I would have had to be pretty desperate to attempt to order something here but after that they somehow did a huge 180 and are on top of everything. Fast polite and nearly flawless. I assume it's new personnel that are to credit for it and I hope that the management is aware of that also.
