“The cheese is very good. I make charcuterie with Usinger sausage from Milwaukee and the Gouda. Pretty good and it's in the taste that this is how you make cheese and sausage. Very nice to have this so close to home and available when you want it. OH Racine Danish Kringle as well. We are very lucky to have the best of these things in Wisconsin. Thank you.“

“We stopped here for lunch. Quick and friendly service. Great food all made with their yummy Gouda cheese. The cheese curd appetizers were delicious! Don’t forget to check out the store. They have a few cheeses where you can get 5 “Underweight” cheese for $12 with a good variety and definitely bigger than sample size.“
