If you're visiting this farmstead then lunch at this cafe is a must. You're not going to find another place in Wisconsin with a full menu of dishes served with the unbelievably delicious Marieka Gouda. This is our all-time favorite cheese. It's just a unique treat. Restaurant located in cheese factory on a dairy farm. Ready access off of WI 29 in Thorp. Not a fast food place as far as speed of service. Had retail store with cheese etc for sale. Waitress was good. Kitchen slow.

We stopped here for lunch. Quick and friendly service. Great food all made with their yummy Gouda cheese. The cheese curd appetizers were delicious! Don’t forget to check out the store. They have a few cheeses where you can get 5 “Underweight” cheese for $12 with a good variety and definitely bigger than sample size.
