Cancun Bay offers delicious and authentic Mexican food, with generous portions and quick service. The restaurant has ample seating, although it can get loud when busy. Customers recommend trying the $8.50 all-you-can-eat tacos on Mondays, particularly the marinated chicken. One diner, however, had a slight issue with the cashier being distracted. Overall, the food is so good that one customer jokingly complained about losing self-control and overeating.
