It pains me to write this review but what I have to say needs to be said. I have been going to this location ever since I was a child, and the quality for the custard has gone down hill in the past few months.Any time I order a flavor a day it barely has any of the toppings or items it advertises. Attached is the photo of the caramel cashew ice cream. There is little to no caramel or cashews and this is just one example of this happening. I have also ordered concrete mixers and other items and barely receive any of the toppings I asked for. Prices have gone up and quality and portions seem to have gone down.I understand the items won't always look like the advertising and sometimes there are down days, but this has been a consistent trend.When I think Culver's, I think quality items you want to serve to family. None of what I have been served recently has lived up to expectations and it is disappointing since I have such fond memories of this location.I no longer plan on going here for custard or other items for some time. I am choosing to speak with my wallet and my review.

The food was undercooked and not hot. Chicken sandwich was horrible and Husband's tenderloin was not good either. Service was just adequate and the place was a mess. They were busy but no excuse for undercooked food.
