Normally I order pizza from here all the time. However today I tried to order the new stuffed crust pizza. When I asked for extra cheese on it I was told they are not allowed to put extra toppings on the pizza. What kind of pizza place that makes “fresh pizza” can’t add toppings to a pizza?? Verry disappointed. I will start eating at a different little Caesars that knows how to add toppings to a pizza.

I haven't had a little Caesars pizza in quite some time. I ordered online and picked up my order in the drive thru; it was so convenient. The food was really good, and the price was quite reasonable.

Sat at the drive thru for 10 minutes waiting for someone to help us, finally she came and we asked for a hot and ready pizza and she said it would be at least 10 minutes, really, told her no thanks and left, what is the point of advertising hot and ready if you have to wait 10 minutes, please people stay away from this place!!!

Since COVID19 I stopped at this location 3 times and did not make a purchase. The 1st 2 times they were closed as I noticed on their window when I drove up. The third time I drove up I saw a sign, "We're Open", parked and open the door. Before I could get in a voice called out the the lobby was closed and to use the drive thru.. I decided to leave as I did not know if I had to call in advance with my order. (As I left I saw a sign that said "Drive thru only" but it was not near the OPEN sign and I forgot to read all the ads that were in the window before I entered. What I really want to communicate here is that there is a website for each LC location but they are not updated with the latest conditions. So why have a web site? You cannot stop by on a whim. You have to call in advance just to know what is going on that day.

Would NOT recommend the Verona WI store. We ordered but never showed up, we called 3 separate times and was lied to all 3 times and the staff blamed us for ordering to the wrong store then that we cancelled the order. On the 3rd call they forgot to put us on hold and let slip that the delivery driver had a flat so they just cancelled it. When we phoned their head office they confirmed it had been the stores error. The store will lie to your face and even told us the food was “just leaving the door” when they didn’t even know what the order was. Cannot express how awful this store is! DO NOT ORDER HERE!!!
It's Little Caesars so you know what you're getting. Service is fast. I've always gotten my takeout earlier than advertised.
