The store is very clean and my order is always correct and served in a timely manner. My milk modification is sometimes forgotten but the workers are more than happy to remake it. The employee there are so kind and positive. They are great at making recommendations as well.Vegetarian options: For all my vegans you can replace milk with Almond, coconut, or oat milk. They’re drinks are vegetarian so it’s definitely a safe menu to order from.
Generally, I liked this location for convenience, correctness of orders, and friendliness of staff.UntilRecently I pointed out an issue of concern and that comment was met at the window with an argument, excuses, RBF, and call corporate (To me call corporate means we don’t care).As a customer I don’t want and argument, just hear me and move on with just a smidgen of consideration and I’m okay. I have been a Starbucks customer since the early 1980s when Starbucks first hit the market. Unfortunately, in the last 10 years, I have watched a slow decline in Starbucks.
