There was a long line when we approached the store at Mayfair Mall on a Saturday just after 4:00pm. That wasn't a problem for us. All the sudden the line moved very quickly and we witnessed the following. Two orders ahead of us, a family of Asians, was told "we're closed" but had just witnessed the group in front of them order and get their purchase. We considered walking away at that point but heard the single woman in front of us order and pay. We considered that maybe we heard them incorrectly so, we waited. When we went to order we too were told "we're closed" (there was two of us). We were confused and started to look around especially since the pretzel warmer was full of pretzel options. We moved to the side and told the man behind us they were closed. He did t respond and still moved to the counter. He then ordered, paid and was handed his order. The person in front of the Asan family was black, the person in front of us was black. The person behind us was black. We are white. So the presumption I am having is that the three Auntie Anne's staff who are black are racist against other races. I will not support this locations establishment.

Can confirm the workers behind the counter said 'they don't make pretzels on weekends'. What a joke, there were five people behind the counter and they didn't want to do their job!

They don't do actual pretzels on weekends, and they don't have unsalted nuggets, so you end up waiting in line for absolutely nothing for 20 minutes. At least they could do is make up a sign put it where the line starts to form a mile away that says what they don't have.

I tried their new mango dragon fruit drink, and it was very good. I would highly recommend, but The pepperoni pretzel bites were OK but they were burnt on the bottom. It was so bad that it ended up just having to rip off the burnt pieces but I paid over $11 for some burnt pretzel bites and I didn't have the time to go back and ask them to make it over I had to go to work See pictures provided there was a long line with only one cashier working. There were at least two 2 workers, just standing around and doing nothing one, putting a lot of lip gloss on her lips and kept touching her face and was wearing a bonnet when I got to the register I asked if dipping sauce came with the pretzel bites she had first said yes and then later charge me for two dipping sauces and later said oh I'm sorry you did ask if they came with dipping sauce, they don't and I was trying to scan my rewards app to get points. She said I needed to scan my receipt, but proceeded to not give me my receipt and then said after I hope this customer I'll give you your receipt, the receipt was already printed she just never handed it to me when she realized that she didn't handed it to me, but she never gave my mother who made a separate one of her receipts to get points. She gave her a merchant copy of receipt so that there was no way she could get the points from her order and the cashier was just very rude. In general she didn't offer. Ask my mom if she wanted any dipping sauces she even asked me if I wanted any I had to tell her all I had to say, is auntie Annie's train your employees to not burn food(because half the time I go there the food is burnt. That's why I mainly stopped going to auntie Annie's but I really wanted a pretzel.), and treat people with respect because those that she was very rude

This store is very ghetto most of the time. This gay manager, Rakeem, is very unprofessional and disrespectful to customers and rude to some staff members. He'll put on his head phone, ignoring employees who try to ask him a simple question. I noticed that young employees are not in uniform, the female with fake long hair have their hair swinging all over the place. I asked Rakeem if I could order a mini dog freshly cooked, and he said something low and walked away. So I never got the freshly cooked mini dog, I refuse to buy the one that's been sitting up looking stale. I dont mind being rejected. It's just how you say things, which can set people off. Before they make these ghetto people managers, they should show them how to be professional first. It seems like they'll make anybody manager these days.

pretzels were burnt, super overpriced, and were sitting out, super cold and unchewable?

For 7.90, we were served burned pretzel bread. I complained, they then gave me half done bread. I will NEVER go there again. THIS PLACE IS THE WORST PLACE TO GO.

This is an Auntie Anne's/Carvel place. Every time I stop here to get ice cream, the ice cream machine is always mysteriously "broken". It's not broken. My theory is they're just too lazy to operate it because it may be a hassle for them to do their job. Guarantee it.

I was there Sat March 4 at 11:30am. Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Cashier said her throat hurt and she was tired of talking to “these people.” Rest of staff were lazy and on their phones. Fire them all!

Current staff and management are a joke and one of the most disrespectful in food service I've come across in some time.I gave them so much patience considering they were talking, joking, and messing around behind the counter. Further delaying the orders ahead of me and seeing the frustration of these previous customers. I figured its not going to take long to redeem a reward for food that was already made available in their hot-and-ready station.I try to use my reward offer of a free drink or the hot dog bites with a purchase. I already ordered the drink and requested cinnamon bites and regular bites to my order. The cashier then snaps on me because she's confused and unaware of what to do. (Assuming she's new) and says "Okay, so what is it that you want?!"I slow it down for her understanding. She turns to her manager, explains the situation, and then he turns back to me and says that they can't do it. Even though I ordered the drink with the purchase required for the reward.Inattentive, disrespectful, immature, and needs whole new staffing.

Waited at least 10 mins to order. One worker taking orders, rest hanging back.(at least 5 other workers) Pretzels were stale. Service was just as stale. Won't waste time or money here again.
