Idk why I don't frequent this place more often. The sandwiches are always really good, and not overly expensive, especially since Cousin's and Subway, hell even Jimmy John's act like their sandwiches are just magically worth more money without changing anything, lol.. Oh the days of the $5 foot long are long gone but I do love some Firehouse Subs. Plus you get a cute lil fire helmet if you like, lol

The cashier was friendly. Service was pretty quick. My sandwich (Italian) was good for a sub shop. I'd come back and I'd eat the same food also.

I showed up 10 minutes before close to order a sandwich. The lobby was empty but the workers refused to take my order because they turned to machines off. Hours of service should indicate when a customer can come be served.

A good experience could have been easily a great one. One person working having issues and needed to remake a sandwich and was falling behind. The shift leader just stood there counting chips instead of helping. Leaders need more training.

I said no lettuce. I found remnants of lettuce in my food. Thanks for scraping most of it off but please, even the taste of lettuce will ruin my appetite. Thanks for the refund over the phone. Please make food the way the ticket

1st time I've ever had a sub from here. Kind of like potbelly subs, but this place has its own unique tastes. I loved it.

It was an OK store. Service was slow. Part of the staff was trying to provide good service, 1 employee seemed to not care and actively appeared to want to disrupt the staff. Store looked disorganized.

The soda machine was out of cherry limeade drink (my fave). They made my King's Hawaiian pork sandwich (my fave), handed it to me and hen told me they were out of cole slaw, which is what makes that sandwich. I asked why they didn't tell me that before they made it. I got a shrug. They offered a refund, but I asked if I could just have a cheese and steak sandwich instead. They told me they were out of the onions and mushrooms for it. I settled for an Engineer, which was very good. They tried to make it right, but having the ingredients for their product at right around noontime would have been nicer.

I have never been spoken to in the manner in which I was spoken to here. I walked in and was asking for my order and they said nothing in my order, which had been placed 45 minutes ago for pickup was made. They said most of the ingredients in the order were not available and they were out of the ingredients. They just never made my order, then said door dash was to blame. I never ordered on door dash. I was quite surprised and yes starving and cranky. All they did was offer a refund, no remaking of subs, alternative or anything. I asked if an employee who was on a cell phone could help me. I was irritated and asked if they could please help, I literally simply asked please get off the phone to just refund me. I was yelled at and told I would be disrespected as I had to her. Wow. I was absolutely floored. I see an employee on a cell phone behind the counter and now she's accusing me of speaking to her badly and now both employees are in at me. I was on the i was on the phone with my husband who ordered the food and the employee refused to talk to him and continued to lecture me about how I should just take my refund as offered and not speak to them “any which way.” I am floored. What would you think if you waited for food that was never made then see an employee who is standing behind the counter on a cell phone? Nobody called us to say our order was not able to be filled and then very rude to me. I just went to Jimmy Johns. They were open, had sandwich ingredients, and made my order in 90 seconds and didn't insult me, gang up on me and be rude about me being upset and irritated my order was never made. Just choose elsewhere. I wouldn't trust that they wouldn't compromise my food and just got the refund.I honestly would just check on those employees to be sure they are ok, seemed quite volatile and a propensity for violence. Honestly, if it weren't my husband's order I would have just let them keep the measly 30 bucks. Lol

Came in told it was a 15 minute wait. Totally understandable being they may have been busy with to go orders or under staffed. That being said when I was placing my order Crystal the lady that took my order was rude. Asked if it was possible to get my sub on garlic bread after being asked white or wheat. Crystal rudely snapped back giving me this look like am I stupid saying white or wheat. I don't know what her deal was but definitely shouldn't be rude to a customer that wasn't complaining and just asking a simple question. Definitely almost made me want to say forget it and go out of my way to a different one with better customer service. That said the lady that made my sub was very nice and probably should have been the one taking orders to make the customers feel more welcome.
