Terrible!!! Ordered food for delivery took almost two hours when the Pizza Hut was not busy. No excuse why it took so long. Something shady is going on with this Pizza Hut and door dash!!!

Was going downhill for a while but the new owners really turned the place around as of 2024. Glad to have my local Tosa Hut back to being reliable!

Dude went outside to VAPE then came back and took someone order out the oven and proceeded to cook.ugh wish I had seen that before I placed my order online ? The pizza had no flavor, no seasoning.

I feel lied to, played, and taken advantage of. I ordered pizza for carry-out since other pizza locations weren't delivering and this was only a block away. I ordered online and was informed the pizza (1 singular pizza) would be done in 15 minutes (about 7:45pm). I arrived there to pick it up at 7:43pm. Although I realize this was a couple minutes prior to the given time, I thought I would wait inside until it was done- WRONG. The doors were locked, and there was not a person in sight. I stood outside and chatted with the other 5 people waiting for their pizza until we decided it was a lost cause. Lights were on, computer system showing the orders was on, and the phone was ringing off the hook. I walked back home, now raining, and got a notification that my pizza was done. Upon calling to figure out what on Earth happened, the voicemail I reaches informed me that the store was now closed. Thankfully I chose the "pay in store" option so I'm only out time and not money, but I feel bad for those other people banking on pizza for dinner. Tonight, LITERALLY any other pizza place would have out pizza'd the Hut.

Unable to eat for 24 hours due to surgery and recovery, I ordered delivery to my hotel. The pizza and breadstix were delivered, but like many places the ranch condiment was forgotten, which is a paid for add-on. I called the store and explained the condiment was missed, and that I had surgery, so can't drive to pickup. He asked if I want a store credit, I said no, since I'm from out of town, and so I asked for an adjustment to be made to my credit card and he stated, he's a shift manager and can't do that. He then asked if I can pick it up because they use door dash for delivery and they must've forgot it. I again said no. I had surgery and can't drive, he just kept saying ummmmmmm. With no solution offered, I finally stated, I guess I'm just out that amount, huh? I'm disappointed, and ultimately doesn't the store put together all the items from the orders? Who is accountable(?), and this isn't the first time this has happened to me, so I assume others as well.

When pizza got here, the pan pizza looked weird and flat and the hand tossed was raw… called restaurant three times for a refund and no one answered. Back to Toppers for us…

Finally someone answered and lied to us that the pizza was on the way but it never showed up and the store closed for the night…a day later my card was charged…I called the store and experienced the rudest kid I have ever dealt with before! He claims he is the manager name was Curtis!! He was so rude and said the reason he was being so unprofessional was because they were busy and people like me kept calling the phone and he was annoyed!! He wouldn’t help me with my refund after I told him my pizza didn’t show up, he said it’s not his fault he wasn’t working that night. He wouldn’t even help me with the number to corporate. People need to know about this place!! We used to go here all the time and it was great the guy who used to run it must of sold it or something!! Now I have to wait 1-3 business days for someone to call me back from corporate to get a $50 refund!! NEVER AGAIN!! You have been warned!! The way he was acting on the phone I would never want to eat the pizza he made!! I feel sorry for when Curtis talks that way to the wrong person!!!

Service has been very poor. Over rhe last 6 months twice I've ordered for delivery and after over 90 minutes both times I called them only to be told it "was just coming out of the oven". Ultimately both times the pizza was finally delivered over 2 hours after ordering it, and both times were not during peak dinner hours or on a weekend.The last time I ordered cheese covered breadsticks with it, and they arrived with almost no cheese on them, and the bacon ones had almost no bacon either. The way they were cooked they were basically flavorless bread. Really disappointing showing for a "new" item. $7 each.Prior to arrival when I called to see when the food would be on the way, they said it would be faster if I came and just picked it up. This is after I paid over 15 dollars for the delivery and tip. There was no offer for any type of reimbursement for this even if picked it up.I do not normally review anything but this restaurant has consistently provided extremely poor experiences along with poorly cooked food. Being as this is the closest Pizza Hut to me, it has now caused me to look elsewhere in the future.
