I've always been a fan of cousins but today I went to this location and unfortunately all of the employees were walking out due to corporate. The manager there was wonderful they said that it's been a perfect storm of issues and the entire staff was walking out forcing them to close. They also let me in on a little fact that corporate is only paying these poor kids $10 an hour! Sandwich makers made more when I worked their years ago and corporate should be ashamed of themselves...read full review

Was so excited when I got transferred and found out cousins was only 4 blocks away. Ordered online both times for pick up. First order rook 20 minutes longer than they said and they put wrong toppings on both subs. Second time, same thing, wrong toppings and almost gave my order to a drive thru pick up. Cheese curds over cooked and greasy. Too bad. I'll only go to the one on 51st and Howard going forward. Great staff and get orders correct

When you have a drive-thru it seems like the drive-thru should be a little faster. And another thing, if we were told that the mint shakes were not going to fit because they are too big or too small, I can't remember, we would not had it. Ruined our whole day. Two thumbs down
