Customer service this day was terrible girl working u could hardly hear her had to repeat my order several times and then she look like we was the ones that didn't know wat we wanted we grew up going to cousins in Milwaukee I'm 58 yrs old this was the worst experience ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? of all time trips to the restaurant
The sandwiches are consistently decent quality, but the fried are room temp cardboard every time. Great service and clean store every time I come through.
They are really really slow. I think they only have 2 people working. It's like this every time I use drive thru. Takes like 20 mins.

I never make reviews, but this has to be the worst location. I have given them 3 tries (more than generous) and every time either the sandwich is either wrong or completely missing something, and never tastes like any other Cousin's I've gone to. The soup is so thick it's like pudding. I hope the owner or manager reviews these comments because there is some poor management going on!

It was obvious just looking at my sandwich that it was clearly a burden for them to make. After sounding annoyed just taking my order from the jump, after getting my food it was horrible. As stated my sandwich looked like it was just thrown together & like they put the mayonnaise on the outside. My girlfriend ordered a turkey breast sandwich & cheese curds, the cheese curds tasted as if they had been fried in old grease & the turkey had tasted as if it sat out all night. Over all horrible experience and won’t be returning

Tonight I ordered a 15" turkey sandwich with fries and ended up with nothing even close! How hard is it to get an order straight?? This is third time I haven't gotten what I ordered!!

This place is very unprofessional and very incoherent obviously. While placing my order the cashier seemed so confused by a simple order, then looks over at her Manager and rolled her eyes. No wonder why the staff are the way they are. Do Better!! I just Left after that! I will not be back!! and my sandwich was very dry.

I live in Arizona now and we don't have Cousins. I crave it when back in WI and always visit this location. Great food and friendly service. Best fries ever!

My food came late and they had prepared my Philly sandwich worng I have informed the cashier his mistake and they tried to correct it only to send me back a Philly with raw meat. I was told by the cashier that that is how their Philly were made even though it clearly looks diffrent from the picture. Please train your cooks . I would hate to do a review video on your resturants

went there yesterday around 1:30pm order double steak and cheese i come here all the time never had I ever had bread that was breaking up when I am trying to eat it and the steak was over cooked and dry . I stay on the north side and come over here because there sandwiches are really good but on 06/21/23 around 1:30pm made me change mind. Need to train the cook more. Need fresh bread.
