“We absolutely loved The Orville! Went to celebrate my husband's birthday and Valentine's Day, but decided to skip the hustle and bustle of V-Day. Sam was such a sweet and attentive waitress, couldn't ask for better service! We had the best artichoke dip I've ever had, I think it was the grilled toast that really did it, but the dip was amazing too! I had Lobster Mac & Cheese and my husband had a beautiful salmon dish...both perfect, and can't wait to have the leftovers from my Mac (huge chunks of lobster!). I had a lavender martini, simply lovely and delish! Tried my husband's old fashioned and yummmm to that too, had a cinnamon twist to it. We'll be back, hands down. And the ambience and lighting make for a very romantic time. Oh and they gave my husband a birthday card that everyone signed! Gave him a choice of dessert, just so sweet, no pun intended. It would be hard to find a better salted caramel creme brulee. Then since we had a late reservation Sam so kindly said we could take all of the remaining roses 🌹 🌹 🌹. They smell heavenly. Thank you all, we're so excited to have found you, when I heard it was the sister restaurant of The Norbert I knew it would be fantastic, but that's an understatement!!!”

“We have been to Wallers on the Lake several times. We have never been disappointed. This evening was no exception. Started with drinks at the bar. Shelly our bartender was very friendly and attentive. We had a table of 4 for dinner. We all had something different. And we were very happy with our selections, for salads to sandwiches to entrees. In the warmer months they offer complementary boats rides (see included photo). Stunning sunset. We will certainly return. And highly recommend.”

“We used Texas Roadhouse for teacher appreciation lunch at Addison Elementary school and it was fantastic! Not only was Halle so kind and energetic she was flawless. I even had them down for the wrong day and Halle had no problem changing it at the last minutes. The food was hot ready and so good! Thank you all so much for making this happen!”

We have had parties at The Ark and The Hive, they are always a pleasure to work with and the food is outstanding.”

“Eaton's Pizza has amazing and delicious choices for pizzas. I remember being a teenager in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin and looking forward to the best pizza on the weekends. They are so good, the business has exploded in the past 35 years and opened tons of stores around Wisconsin. Their Reuben pizza is especially good. Just be sure to add double meat and sauerkraut.”

“The food is very good quality, there are a lot of varieties on the buffet, which is great for my family which includes someone who likes to eat healthy, someone who is very picky, and someone who likes a lot of different things. We love that you can also request a specific pizza for the buffet so you're guaranteed to have your favorite available! Afternoon-ish not too busy and fast service. Got the 2 pretzels app and it w sauce was yummm. Also got the hot chicken sandwich, fixings bar is also still there fully stocked! I'll have to go for the fish fry or Sunday brunch as I'm definitely stopping again soon.”

“This is an absolute must if you’re in the West Bend area. I had the banh mi sandwich and the crab Rangoon. The sandwich was tasty and had a hint of spice and the bread was crusty and delicious. The absolute star though was the crab Rangoon. It was literally the best I’ve ever had. Service was attentive and friendly.”

“We stopped into Joker’s 5 for lunch after spotting it the night we arrived in town, and what a fantastic find. The moment we walked in, we knew we’d found the right place — a nice guest helped guide us in, and the bar was completely full of happy locals having a great time. What a warm, welcoming first impression!

We grabbed the two seat table in the back near the pool table and dart boards. My friend was craving a burger, but is very particular about how they’re cooked. After a quick Q&A with the super friendly bartender, we went with the double bacon cheeseburger with curly fries, deep-fried green beans, white cheddar garlic nuggets, and a couple of drinks.

The drinks were spot-on, the service was fast, and the food came out piping hot. Those garlic cheese curds? Absolutely out of this world — leave it to Wisconsin to keep raising the bar on cheese perfection!

My friend took one bite of that burger and looked ready to propose… to the burger itself. It disappeared so fast we actually ordered a second one to go.

Joker’s 5 is everything you want in a local hangout — great food, friendly people, a little gaming, pool, darts, and a laid-back atmosphere where you can just relax and enjoy yourself. I would definitely visit this spot again if I make it back out to West Bend.”

“The line was almost wrapping around the building when we got there, but the service was incredibly fast. The staff is always so nice and helpful. I’ve been ordering a medium Iced Blondie with peppermint, white chocolate, cold foam, and candy pieces, and it’s been consistently great. It’s a very good drink and not as pepperminty as you’d think!”

Situated on Wallace Lake, with a nice outdoor patio, and live music when I was there, the vibe was just perfect.

“Huge shout out to Casa Tequila in West Bend for my experience tonight. My 2.5 year old son had a puking incident there and the staff were all so kind. Our waitress, other waiters/waitresses in our area, and the woman who came over to help clean things up were so wonderful and also so nice to my son. No one looked disgusted or irritated. It was just amazing. The service is always great there, and same with the food. Thank you Casa Tequila West Bend, I will never forget your kindness in a stressful situation.”

“There was one server and one cook when we went in on Monday at lunchtime. The server had 12 tables going at once! She did an awesome job! She took our order right away, our food was brought out quickly and was really good. She handled all of these tables so well and was super pleasant.”

“Ive been coming to Michalenos for well over a year now. Only in the recent months did I start dining in with my mother and daughter. We always come on a Friday, and we usually have Sarah helping us. She is always so kind and patient. My mother has early onset dementia, and often forgets where she is or what she says, Sarah never misses a beat reanswering questions or repeating what she already said six times before. She’s always prompt and accurate as well. Tonight, she was hopping, the phones were ringing off the hook, she had many tables and people coming in and out. She always had a smile on her face and never stopped moving! She suggested we try the baked pasta because we had the regular last time and it was delicious! I had the spinach lasagna and a fresh salad and it was all hot and delicious. The only complaint I had for the evening, is that you could tell the cook in the kitchen was very frustrated with his slamming, yelling and cussing. I know he was busy, we could see all the people, but maybe vent a bit quieter! Despite that, we’ll be back next week, and the next week, and the next week…”

“Always a good experience every time I've been here. Food is always hot and fresh, they keep it full very well. Nice variety as well. My only issue is I wish they labeled the sushi so I know what each one is.”

“I like the atmosphere at this place in the bar room but the dining room's a little bright. We stopped in for burgers around 6:00 on a Thursday . The burgers were excellent but I felt bad cuz a lot of people came in right after us and they were told there was no cook. So we must just have made it i time to eat. Everything was great and the service was great but if they are not going to be serving food at night they should change their hours for serving food.”

We arrived 30 minutes before close on Friday and still received excellent service. Restaurant was very clean and organized. As a Restaurant Manager it was nice to be on the receiving end.
