“We ate at Del Bar for our second time in about 3 years as a family! It was excellent both times and our server Bianca was awesome 5*! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great meal! Also it’s newly remodeled and looks great! We will def be back!”

“I can express how wonderful this winery and staff are. We held my Dad's 80th birthday here and we had a blast. We rented one of the pavilions so we could have our own area. They were reasonably priced and could we hear the band playing while still being able and talk. The staff set up tables, chairs and gift tables so we did have to worry about that. The staff was amazing to work with and of course the wine and food where great. We can't thank then enough.”

“Excellent service, excellent food. Some of our group had prime rib ( some of the best I have ever had anywhere), some had steak, some had fish. All said food was top notch. Had cheese curds and spinach dip appetizer. Wonderful. Strong drinks…nice change, and a best ever grasshopper. I wish we lived closer. We would come often! Happened in when having our family Christmas weekend. Wonderful place. Worked with our celiac guest without issue. Highly recommend!!”

“For our 36 anniversary Brenda and I spent a week in the Dells, our Anniversary Dinner was at The House of Embers. The staff is extremely friendly the decor and music was like taking a time machine back to the 30s or 40s and the music was just loud enough to hear it wasn't loud enough to hamper conversation.

We had stuffed mushrooms and sirloin medallions with a caramelized blue cheese for appetizers they were fabulous.

Main course was petite filet and lobster (that's kinda our normal anniversary meal) it was beyond fantastic.

Everything about that evening was epic, thanks House of Embers for making it so.”

My steak was 8 ounce fillet and it was the best fillet I’ve ever had and we love to go out to eat and it’s hard to make us happy so I am very very pleased and would recommend this place to everyone. There were a lot of people staying at the resort for a weekend competition, so the wait to get a table was extensive, and our service infrequent, due to the place being so busy. There wasn't a single empty table or booth, which made a festive atmosphere. Our server was very nice and apologetic, and we understood as he was probably serving half the restaurant. The food was tasty, particularly the burger. Nice place for a family to dine.”

Last week we were in the Dells (We always stop here for a meal.) our drivers side window was broken. What a god send! We went inside for the first time, it was great! We will go in from here on out. My husband had the steakhouse burnt ends sandwich, I had the B3 burger- both so delicious! We didn't want to stop eating... the food was THAT good. Our daughter had the cheese pizza and loaded mashed potatoes, she had a second helping of potatoes and scraped her plate clean of them! Our waitress was fantastic as well. “We had Stuffs Family Restaurant and Catering cater our daughter’s wedding this past Saturday, and it was absolutely wonderful! The three-meat dinner option — beef tenderloin, chicken, and ham — along with the full salad bar, mashed potatoes, seasoned vegetables, potato salad, pasta salad, and warm dinner rolls was nothing short of amazing. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The team went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. They were professional, attentive, and even took the time to introduce the menu and ensure that every guest was well taken care of. Thankfully I thought about it again last night as I was meeting a couple friends for dinner. Once again we enjoyed a peaceful dinner on the deck at the bar height table offering a beautiful view of Jordan Lake. My sandwich was delicious and timely. The bartender, who was also the waitress, was very friendly and checked on us several times. I can't wait to introduce this place to others!”

“Delightful scenery, delicious snacks and dainty dolls are all located at Scoop’s Ice Cream and Candy at Wisconsin Dells. There is a colorful display of cars outside on one side of the parking lot. There is a beautiful waterfall on the other side of the parking lot. Once you are inside, there are beautiful items on display, then there are dozens of popcorn options, followed by dozens of candy options, followed by a freezer of ice cream options and there are dozens of dolls with really adorable outfits near the back of the store. It is reminiscent of a childhood dollhouse combine with a quaint ice cream shop that has really attentive people working.”

We accidentally turned the wrong direction and ended up at Jersey Mikes, but drove back to JJs because I was looking forward to an unwich. Unfortunately, they were sold out of unwiches that day, so I wasn't able to order since I don't eat bread. My husband had a kicken chicken wrap, which he said was good. I had a salad from Kwik Trip.

I understand that ingredients run out and things happen, but a sign on the door or a heads up before we start to order would have been helpful.”

“3 star instead of 2 for two reasons. First and foremost was the bartender/server the night of 05/01/24. Really nice guy, especially to our kiddos. Second is the concept. The loaded tater tot ideas they have are good. Serving size on the loaded tots were good as well. However, execution is inconsistent at best. I'll start with the good. I had the torta tots. Pork was super tender and flavorful. Ancho chili sauce was delicious. "Pico" had banana peppers, which was actually a nice twist. Tomato & onion chunks were way too large. 3 starts overall on that dish. Mainly cause of the pork and sauce. Next were the pizza tots. Pep and sausage were decent. Sauce was a MAJOR fail. Not everywhere needs to do a homemade sauce obviously. At least use a good pre-bought one though!!! It might has well have been straight, crappy tomato sauce. Lastly, STAY AWAY FROM THE MAC & CHEESE TOTS UNLESS YOU UNDER THE AGE OF 5!!! How are you gonna be a bar/restaurant (not a crappy hole in the wall bar) in WI AND PUT KRAFT MAC & CHEESE ON SOMETHING OTHER THAN THE KIDS MENU!!! (Kraft in kids menues in WI is also questionable in my opinion). It was saved by half a star due to the ok cheese sauce and then made a little bit better by paying extra for the bacon. Also, ditch the paper on the bottom of the loaded tots. It disintegrates, and your guests end up digging the paper out of their food. Lastly, don't bother with the cheese curds. WAY OVERPRICED FOR HOW MUCH YOU GET!!!”

Everything was well stocked and fresh. My friend said pizza was great as well. Prices were very reasonable considering the location. Staff was friendly. We have a new favorite lunch spot. :)”
