“I really love the atmosphere and quality of items here. Baked items are very good.

A note on WiFi: We had to use our mobile hotspots because the Internet connection would not be consistent. It would be slow. It booted me off a few times. Didn't matter which device I used. The connection was pretty slow too.

I love this coffee shop to do work with my wife, and the wifi connection is pretty important to us. This would be 5 stars if the WiFi improves.”

“I went there last night. The bar is very big and cozy, with great staff! I had the filet and risotto, both were incredible- I went with chef Kurt’s recommendation- glad I did! You can also buy the kitchen staff a drink- great idea! Danny , the owner was there also- great people!! Danny explained some of the vintage whiskey he had there- great knowledge!! Be back there forsure!!”

“I had ordered pizza online for dinner tonight at 5:15, but for some reason it did not accept my time and they were delivered at 1:30. I informed the driver that the order was wrong and she took them back. A couple min later, she came back and said that the pizzas were on them per the owner because they would just toss them anyway. I would say that is great customer service. Will definitely be ordering from them again but will call my order in this time. Thank you!!”

“Lovely local business with a friendly, engaging owner. She stocks many flavors of Chocolate Shoppe ice cream, displays an epic amount of candies and baked treats, and does custom orders (including awesome cakes!!). She always greets our daughter (Esther) by name when we stop in. It's a welcoming place for kids with a coloring table, games and, of course, ice cream and sweets! Highly recommended. “DePere location Listen, I've been coming Here since I moved to the area and always loved the bakery and quality of it. Customer service was usually spot on as well. NORMALLY, I do not not go on to bash a business that I generally love. But today I had it, since Mike has passed the quality just isn't there but I kept going and buying especially when family would come to visit. This time I was in on Saturday 10/5/24. I was asked how many I would be getting. I told the girl I am not sure but it will be at least 10 or more. Which It was, I spent 63$ in there. I came home with 2 large boxes and one small one because i wanted the cookie that i ordered to be separated. It was for my nephew that is younger. Those 2 larger boxes could have been made into 3! I will inclose a picture of the poor packing and now donuts that are mush and squashed. I don't want to be cruel and say it was their lack of common sense or was it laziness? 63$ and that's what we get? Is that how customers and your product is treated? Carelessness ontop of other things I could say. Perhaps I should have looked it over before leaving, but I think if I did the helper would have grown more impatient than she already was and probably damage my bakery even worse/more.”
