“I dined with 3 other guests and we each ordered an appetizer to share. 3 out of 4 appetizers were only subpar. The wings were really fatty, the pimento cheese fries tasted like the fries had been warmed up in a microwave, and the cheese with the chips and dip we got had hardened on the top layer like it had sat out for a while and wasn't warm at all. The bruschetta was pretty good. For the main course I ordered the ribeye and Gouda Mac and cheese. They served my medium rare steak over the Mac and cheese leaving blood and steak juices leaking out onto my Mac and cheese. The noodles in the Mac and cheese had tasted overcooked and the cheese didn't have any taste at all. Our waitress was amazing and very sweet.“

We really appreciated the help and recommendations! The food was amazing, we will for sure be back! Even if it is a 2 hr trip!! And the bathroom was totally cool with the craftsman cabinet!“
“Somehow they shoe-horned an old bar into a strip mall. The inside is old timey and the outside has oyster shucking tables. Plenty of craft beers and the food is awesome: pizza, wings/ love the dry rub, Bill's balls. Parking is great.Parking: Bike parking in front!“
“I have ate at Walffle House for years all over the east cost. The one in Barboursville, WV did not disappoint. The staff was prompt and friendly l, always making sire we had whatever we needed. The cooks did an amazing job cooking everything perfectly. The experience is always good.“
“We placed a drive-thru order because the diningroom was closed at 9:00 pm. A manager came to the window after we were given our card back and asked for our receipt. We had not been given a receipt. The girl who originally took our order and took our payment looked confused. We asked if there was anything we could do to help. The manager said he would take care of it on their end and gave us our order, which was great food as expected from Steak n' Shake. We were a little sad they did not have the little crock of baked beans that some locations used to have.“
“My parents and I were traveling home on vacation and I have a service dog. The hostess sat us and when someone asked to pet my SD she stepped in on my behalf and said no that he's a SD and blocked the individual from us. Our server was also amazing letting us know about all of the specials to save us some money.“
“Enjoyed a wonderful meal at the Long Horn in Barboursville, WV!!! Ordered Appitizers, Ribeyes, Lobster and Dessert, and man was it good!!! Bre took GREAT CARE of us and ensured we had anything we needed like it was yesterday!!! Can't say enough about the Hospitality we received while we were there!!! “Crackerdocked on our way to see the eclipse. Food was too good as takeout and eating it in our RV. Great service except one of the girls was a little grumpy Sunday morning. But she was still courteous. If Crackerdocking, be ready for trains overnight.“
“It was Black Friday but we were able to get a table. They had a special where u get an appetizer and two entrees for $25. A really good deal! The spinach artichoke dip was excellent and the chips warm and fresh. My entree was a Hickory Bourbon sauce on a chicken breast and mashed potatoes. My friend got the burger and fries. It was all very good and service was great even though they got incredibly busy very fast.Wheelchair accessibility: I use a wheelchair and sometimes get placed where I'm in the way. I was seated at a nice table, comfortably and out of the way. Thank u!“
“Our waiter Cass was very friendly and extremely attentive to our needs. He never let our drinks get less than half full before he was offering refills. He made sure we had everything that we needed and was very patient. He told us about O'Charleys bringing back their brunch services in the near future. I'm not really a brunch person but since he did tell me about it, I may return and check it out. 10/10 would come back to O'Charleys, I had a great experience today with the waiter Cass and the food was very good.“
“I was so upset today, I entered your restaurant, an older gentleman came to seat my wife and I. He never acknowledged us as guests, no hello, no how are you today, no nothing. He looked at the seating chart and stated, this way. For what it’s worth, we never felt welcomed.“
“We bought my family here from out of state everything was excellent. Georgia was our server and she was fantastic as well. Everything came out together and hot and fresh. This will be one of our regular spots. The beer was also a major plus“
