went inside after waiting almost 10 minutes in the drive thru. the staff was nice! i order two buffalo sliders and they had tiny pieces of chicken in them. i always have issues with the food never the staff. i just expect better quality for the price i pay.

I used to love being at Hardee's but over the last couple years it seems that there is service and sales have just really plummeted I don't know what's going on with this restaurant used to be one of my all-time favorites and now every time I eat there I either end up with diarrhea food poisoning would not recommend just restaurants in anyone is to staff doesn't know what they're doing in there not very friendly

The food was great. The service was questionable, We got there at 7:45 or maybe 8:00 pm, there was plenty of people in the drive through but when we went to the door, they we're both locked. So we got back in the car to head for the drive through then we noticed that an employee was holding the door open so another customer could exit so we cought the guy, asked if we could come in and order and he agreed. So after we walk in, the manager seen us and did not look happy. Well the guy takes our order then goes around the corner and then we hear the manager say to him "you were supposed to act like the lobby was closed, after they leave turn off the front lights and hide from the next ones" LOL btw that store isnt supposed to close the lobby until 11:00 pm.. I guess it had been a long day! ?

Went through the drive through for some curly fries for the kids. They had forgotten to season them. We were already on the road before we realized.
Don't eat steakhouse burger. Burger is completely red inside. I'm disgusted. Arby's employees won't answer phone to solve the issue.
