“As I was passing by on the way back to Delaware we Stopped to get dinner I could remember This place head the best wings and steak when I used to live there so we definitely had to get a bite to eat before we left as we got there we were greeted and didn’t have to wait long to be sat The place was clean the food was great but the service was excellent From my waiter Chelsie I’d like to think that I am pretty particular but my husband calls me extra but she knew exactly what I needed I made our experience One to remember She’s Super bubbly and attentive! Me and the family will definitely be back to see her!”

“Had the Ravioli Alfredo and added shrimp - delicious and perfect portion sizes! Wish there had been more leafy lettuce in my salad - was mostly the thick stem pieces. House dressing was very good, as was the chianti! My server was sweet and very attentive! I will return, for certain!”

“I'm going to give them 5 across the board as we have never had a bad experience until our last visit. When we went through the drive thru last time the young man manning the tablet payment system dropped it which meant it needed rebooted so although we arrived with no other cars by the time we got to pay several cars had driven through. I believe because of that issue we were given the wrong order, we had one single meal and received two kids' meals so we came back through. They corrected the issue quickly, and were very apologetic. We live near Lewisburg , so when we go to Beckley or drive through the area this is the Chic-fil-A we visit. Food is always fresh and good, place is always immaculate and the staff is beyond friendly. Seems to run smoothly when I am there, even when busy. Just that last hiccup in drive-thru. But they made it right and apologized, which is all I expect and very much appreciate. To anyone who thinks we should have been refunded as well, we were given the wrong order for free, which of course we ate and enjoyed, so ultimately, I always believe. If you want and will eat the free food, it's usually more than the refund would be. We were and are happy with this location and will continue to stop here whenever in Beckley. Thanks guys keep up the great work!”

“The price is really good especially for the amount you get. After eating enough to fill us up we still had an entire meal. The taste of everything was great. The salad dressing was awesome and the service was amazing for a sit down or take out. If you have never been to this place then you are really missing out. Try it once and I promise you will not be let down and you will return after you try it.”

“I want to thank Rachel at The Dish Cafe in Daniels, WV. We gathered here with family and were not disappointed. The food and service were excellent. I highly recommend. If you haven’t eaten here you should give it a try. You won’t be disappointed. Rachel was great from beginning to end. She changed our seating twice so that we were all comfortable. Unfortunately like any restaurant that has been in its place for a little while, the decor and physical atmosphere is beginning to show wear and tear. This is the first time I've been to this restaurant since 2018. I fear that COVID-19 2020-2022 took its toll on this restaurant as it has so many. Following up with a tough economy imagine they are struggling like most. It did not affect our visit negatively this time.”

“Very fast at self checkout, I had an alcoholic beverage and the self checkout associate was very attentive, I didn't have to wait over 1 minute for someone to check my ID which is awesome because some of the other associates at numerous other Walmart stores I've been to were too caught up in talking with other associates rather than doing their jobs.”

“Greeted as soon as we walked in. The server was very nice and explained all the options we asked about. She brought out a basket of warm rolls before dinner and another with our dinner. We were all pleased with the food and service as this was my parents' 62nd anniversary it was a nice dinner for them.”

“I've been to this store quite a few time, it was always pleasant but never noteworthy. Today, I was having an awful day and just wanted some food I didn't have to cook while on a budget. I call, and the gentleman proceeds to explain I could get a better deal on my order with a BOGO of the 2 items I wanted. It made my day that he went out of his way to take the time to tell me how to save some money, especially while I'm budgeting. When I got there I spoke to the manager and praised the worker for a job well done in customer service and care as well as told her how I was feeling and why it meant so much to me. The manager gave me a motivational sticker to help brighten my day, and it meant a lot to have that level of service and care with my simple food order. Thank you, Harper Road Gino's. I will DEFINITELY be back! Also, pizza was amazing as usual (always get extra cheese and some garlic dip!) and the baked spaghetti with garlic bread was delicious too! ??”

We had the 12" Bellacino's Pride pizza and the 18" Stromboli Grinder. Both were excellent, and came out quickly hot and fresh. And the pickle spears that came with the sandwich! Yumm!
The coke drink machine is wonderful! SO many options. I had Barqs Vanilla Cream Soda, but noticed there are 3 other cream soda flavors including orange and peach! My husband had Barqs Vanilla Rootbeer and said it was good.
The interior of the restaurant is pretty and very clean, and prices were reasonable.
We will definitely be going there again!”

“Good, fresh food in a pick-all-your-ingredients style as you watch staff make it. Staff were great - especially the young man who built the first part of our orders. The birria was especially good - the steak was fine. I had the 3 tacos meal and did one birria and two steak. Next time I'll likely do all birria. The chips were hot and crispy, and the traditional salsa was good, but not exactly what I was expecting. It has almost a garlicky taste to it. Not bad - just different. The meals weren't what I would call cheap, but in this economy it's expected. My 3 tacos were $11 or $12.

“This was my first time in Beckley and when I say it was amazing it was AMAZING! On my first day at this chilis we were told a wait time of 15 and I was able to be seated not even 1 minute later, and my amazing server Maddie was amazing she got our orders in quickly and more importantly our food to us fast and hot! My second day I had Alex and despite the restaurant being busy and it was only him and 1 only server he was holding it down managing to give AMAZING service to all of his tables. Both Maddie and Alex deserve a promotion, a bonus, or if they get paid hourly then a raise or all 3. If you want amazing service (who doesn’t) then ask for either one of them and you will have the best service that you’ve ever had”
