“A Chinese Food Bistro! The food tasted fresh and delicious. The crab Rangoon was superb, light, and flakey, with a perfect filling. The fried rice was fluffy and not covered in oils and soy sauce. Though flavor wasn't strong on our main dishes, it was much better than our local Chinese food restaurants. They were very busy this Friday night, our waitress took great care of us, and our food came reasonably fast. Beautiful atmosphere, great service, prices not bad for the huge portions. Some vegan options are available. It's worth a try!“
“This is a diamond in the rough. The food is so good, we had to walk it off in Walmart which is right next to it. The Dining Room is OPEN. The service was awesome and the food is to die for. I have found the best Chinese Restaurant in Charles Town, WV.“
“Buffet style chinese cousines were served. The food was delicious with "original" chinese food taste. I love it. Restaurant inside was clean, not too much crowed. It looks like about 20 tables. The servers were busy with delivering foods. I want to come again.Parking: Approximately 30 parking spaces. Plenty for a small restaurant.“
“First time ever having a meal at 9 Dragons. I was skeptical because I live in Japan for 2 years where you'll taste the best sushi ever. I must say, presentation and taste were on point. Loved it!! I will definitely be dining there again.“
“I don't know why there are many complaints. However, I'm a newcomer and try Hunan Beef with fried rice at the first time. I ate in the dining area. It may not be tidy, but it looks familiar to my hometown. I can enjoy it because I am an Asian. The food was prepared for one person, but I think that there should be 2 people to eat all of them.“
“Just got back from Panda Garden and my food was delicious. I have not had a bad meal here in seven years. I always go with shrimp and blackbean sauce comes with some chunky onions and green peppers but that's to be expected. The wife loves the combination lo mein two beef strips can be a little bigger.“
“Maybe just slightly below average in comparison to other Chinese restaurants. The food is edible, but unimpressive. It's fine for being an easy local option. I bet this place was great at some point in the past, but not now. Go to Winchester or Purcellville for good Chinese.“
“Very friendly staff. The food was very tasty and there was a lot of it. Hot tea was brought to the table. Soda in the can was available. My husband enjoyed the Hunan Beef and really really enjoyed the hot and sour soup. I had the Shepherdstown Five "O" which was delicious.“
“They have the best food. At different times there has been changes in management that has caused food changes, but at this point it is awesome. I love getting order out and I have it ready to pick up in 15 minutes. It is hot and very good. Great customer service.“
“Glad we were able to try this place. The sushi was good and the free chips with sweet and sour dip were a nice touch. We sat at the bar which is nice. The place appeared to be a little empty for 5:30. A ton of carry outs!We would go back and try more rolls.Only one thing we didn’t care for was the steamed dumplings. A few beers and rolls ran us about $60 which is on par.“
