“Tried for the first time tonight - was very fresh and good options .Price was decent actually and for a small restaurant very good. Not sure why people are complaining about the price etc I mean it’s almost like people expect Buffet quantity for cheap. But again it’s Hagerstown so that says a lot as people seem to want a lot for nothing If that’s so than avoid. I eat sushi a lot and it’s VERY GOOD for the price ..“
“There are many Chinese carryout restaurants, but Hong Kong Express in Hagerstown has a welcoming atmosphere to it. It's more of a fast casual Chinese restaurant. It has plenty of tables and seats for you to dine in. The wood dining furnitures are comfortable and of quality. It sets the tone for welcoming and comfort. The food is excellent!!! Full of flavors!!! The food servings are big!!! The price can't be beat!!! I was in Hagerstown on business, and just found my new favorite Chinese restaurant!!! I recommend the Hunan Triple Delight!!!“
“A very under-appreciated Chinese spot in the area, their service was quick and their food was absolutely delicious with such large portion sizes you'll have plenty of leftovers. Big fan of this place, especially if you want some classic Chinese goodness.“
“Sooooo good!! Ordered last minute on Christmas Eve, and they were SWAMPED when I arrived for pick-up. They worked so hard getting tons of orders ready for people waiting. Well worth the wait....we got a variety of chicken & shrimp entrees, all were delicious. Will be ordering again now that we've finally found a great Chinese food place in town. Didn't dine in but it was a nice little place.“

Food was hot on delivery (Door Dash shout out) but more importantly the food was great, fresh and all of the dishes were very tasty and good. Shrimp Egg Foo Young, Curry Shrimp, 2 orders of Chicken wing combo! Great first impression.“
