I walked in the door at 9:45pm on a Friday night and was told I couldn’t place an order other than a plain pizza. I’m sorry, I thought you were open until 10:00pm. Now I get this irritates workers but she didn’t have to a.) lie or b.) be so rude or c.) be more concerned with her earpiece than do her job and fix my order.

This place has went downhill they never have what u order they don't call and let u know you just show up to half your order then they never get an order correct it's ridiculous my husband doesn't eat pork we order a chicken philly and they give us a chicken bacon ranch then say there's no chicken until tomorrow I have to wait 6 days for a refund and still have to go to the store to cook at home CLOSE THEM

It was delivered and the driver didn't have change for my order he said he would be back. I had to call for my change and the delivery guy said I was not welcome to order from their store again because according to him I tried to get him fired. Which I did not try to get him fired. Very very disappointed ?☹️

in my opinion all of these Gino West Virginia locations have seen their better days. stopped in the one in Weston today ordered the steak sub the meat was mushy lacked flavor almost looked like ground beef on a sub roll with cheese. it was not my idea of a true Philly cheesesteak. I also ordered the Italian sub the meat was so thin sliced you could see through it. it was not top quality deli meat.The front door had greasy fingerprints all over it and the entire place looked like it needed a good cleaning
The baked spaghetti was horrible. It tasted old and was very watery. Yuck!
