Noddles were amazing, rice was good, chicken was fine, wontons were not good and the wonton soup was the best part. The restaurant itself is a bit terrifying but this is mainly a takeout place I'm assuming. I think this will be regular takeout for me (:

Parking: Kind of a lower income part of town. The restaurant is excellent as a carry out. Before Covid they had dine in. Food is excellent and service is great. Every one is polite. Sometimes, me and my wife get wanton soup, especially when it is cold.
