Hands down the worst most disgusting food I have ever had in my life I got a triple cheeseburger and a drink the other person got a double quarter pounder fries and a drink. I took eight napkins to get the grease out of my rapper alone not counting the bread was so soggy it was scraped off we were in a hurry I did not have time to go up and wait for another one not to mention couldn't get drinks out of the lobby because everything was empty. When he picked up his quarter pounder the box was full of liquid absolutely unacceptable

I haven’t been to this location for a long time but it’s clear it still retains the title of “Worst McDonald’s in Charleston, WV”.I ordered a 20pc McNugget and it took 40 minutes from the time the order was placed until ready. Not the longest I’ve been held captive in a fast food place but a very close second. It took the greater portion of an hour lunch break just to get my order. On top of that the fountain machines weren’t functioning so even I had gotten a drink with my order there would have been no point anyway.

Waited 25 minutes in line to be told "I'm the inky in here I'm nit making any meat I have fish and nuggets" then I pull around to see one worker in the back window another worker In the front windows and a third worker on their phone in the lobby. March 27th 2024; went to McDonald's for a shamrock ☘️ shake and a chocolate shake, med fry, 2 big macs no pickles. They gave me a choc shake that was vanilla (got $ back for it) with a squirt of chocolate in it, cold salty fries (2 times) big macs with pickles. Most Horrible lunch ive ever had for almost $30.00 ! There was another guy there that gave his food back also and left the establishment saying shut your doors or do better!!! SHAME ON YOU MCDONALD'S MANAGERS AND EMPLOYEES IN THE EAST END OF CHARLESTON WV. THIS STORE COULD SHUT DOWN ALL OF THE MCDONALD'S AROUND!!! GROSS FOOD, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY DIRTY STORE WITH THE BATHROOMS SHUT DOWN ALSO!!!

After several hours spent at CAMC Women and Children’s Hospital, we decided to stop in for a quick bite before heading back to Beckley. We were pleasantly surprised by the quick service and the friendly faces that met us at the window. The employees were extremely attentive, ensuring that we received proper care, even though we used the app to place a mobile order. We had requested barbecue sauce, and though they didn’t have it, instead of ignoring our request completely, they asked if there were any other sauces that would suffice. The food was hot. The only thing I could comment on would probably be the nuggets which could have been a little crispier. We will definitely be back!

Everything was filthy, even though the tables were empty they were dirty. Ants at the drink station. Other customers with wrong orders. My order wasn't announced I didn't even know my food was done. Extremely long wait time. I do not recommend this McDonalds, at least not right now.
