“Love this Tim Hortons I go nearly everyday! Always fresh and even though the line is around the building into the road 24/7 I wait for the coffee. Staff is always polite and accurate. They even give my dog treats at the drive thru window. ***Side note*** removing the trash cans from the drive thru was a terrible idea. People now just litter all around the building and in the drive thru. Really Tim Hortons put those back!It was nicer to look at the trash cans than to see all the garbage stuck in the snow frozen to the ground for your employees to scrap up. Do better.“

“I just wanted to give a shout out to the team at this location. I live in Toronto but I go to Wellsville for my morning latte and a sandwich before work because the crew is so nice, the food is Hot (especially the fries! ) and they are actually in uniform. Other locations need to take a hint from this small town location. Keep it up Wellsville! --June 2023“

“I've been eating here since back in 94. the staff is friendly and everyone does their best. The dining area is much smaller than it used to be because of the second drive through line but still has enough room. The interior design of the building isn't really my taste but it's not that important. By far one of the best things about the place is the one thing left over from the remodel and that's one of the managers she's a good leader and the team really seems to respect her and she rarely hesitates to jump into any position she's needed for. I haven't asked her name but I think it's Brittany.“

“Eh. I’ve certainly been to better Dunkin’s. The Dunkin in Lisbon, Ohio (if you’ve got the time to drive up) is certainly better. This Dunkin is usually slower, the staff is usually ruder, and they won’t give out pup cups! Their bagels also leave a lot to be desired.“
